After serving so many groups, holding space for so many people, it was time to recharge. 🌿

Not far from Tribodar, and yet somehow it felt like travelling to Brazil.

The waters.
The sounds of the big trees.
The trees themselves.
The rawness of nature.
The soft earth beneath my feet.
The stillness… and at the same time, the incredible intensity of life all around.
It was grounding.
Recharging.
Revitalising.
A reminder that sometimes we don’t need to go far to travel deeply.

Thank you Nature!!
Thank you, Mother Nature🌿🤎

16 years as a mother to this gorgeous being. ❤️

Sensitive, curious, always with so much going on in his head, and with such a huge heart.

It has been a journey of self-discovery and, more than anything, of becoming a better version of myself. Motherhood has a beautiful way of bringing all your shadows to the surface while at the same time opening your heart to a kind of unconditional love you didn’t even know was possible. And so much in between.

It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been one of the most profound journeys of my life. I’m deeply grateful for everything this beautiful soul has taught me, simply by being himself.

And now, alongside motherhood, I’m also beginning a new journey as an auntie. 🥹 A completely different kind of connection, of course, but oh my gosh… I didn’t realise how much I was missing the magic of being around little ones, witnessing the very beginning of life, and feeling that beautiful, innocent energy again.

So much love. So much growth. So much life. ❤️

Happy 16, my beautiful boy. May you keep growing happy and healthy. ✨

Que sonho e que honra ter a Jana Luia a facilitar esta imersão Voa Coração aqui na Tribodar, juntamente com a Rachel Pereira | Terapia Feminina🌹 Autoconhecimento e o grupo tão bonito que se formou. 🤍

Foi um mergulho profundo ao nosso mundo interior, apoiado pelas medicinas sagradas. Mas, para mim, a maior medicina foi, sem dúvida, o enorme coração da Jana, a sua alegria contagiante, a sua autenticidade, a forma como olha para o mundo e para o ser humano, e a poesia que brota naturalmente do seu ser. Ela é poesia em movimento. E, ao mesmo tempo, o seu humor fez-me rir do início ao fim :)

Sei que é um cliché dizer que "faltam palavras", mas há experiências que pertencem a um lugar para lá da linguagem. Vivências que nos ajudam a reconhecer os nossos padrões limitantes, a abrir espaço para a sua transmutação e a recordar que a vida ganha outro sabor quando é vivida a partir do coração e da nossa essência.

Gratidão, Jana. ❤️ Para o ano, há mais.

The closing ceremony on our final day felt like a celebration of everything we had shared and lived together. After four days of softening through meditation, grounding, yoga, connection, intuitive movement, voice, creativity, exploration, and nourishing food we were already open, already receptive.

In that space, we could meet our divine inner child with openness and trust, while also holding and healing the wounded parts with tenderness.

It’s incredible how quickly strangers can feel like they’ve known each other forever. From the very first day at Tribodar, something begins to shift. Our grounding and icebreaking experiences create a safe, open space where walls gently fall, hearts open, and genuine connections come to life.

There’s something truly magical about witnessing people reconnect with themselves, with nature, and with one another in such a real and heartfelt way.

It’s not just about meeting others, it’s about arriving fully, just as you are, and allowing the experience to unfold.
