This morning KS2 English - Reading Comprehension learners enjoyed discussing about The Explorer's ideas. 🗣️🤹🧗‍♂️🧟‍♀️🧚‍♀️📖

They discussed which explorers had the best ideas/plans to help bring the children to safety whilst being stranded in the Amazon!

They learnt how to use the P*E chain to make points, give examples using evidence and explanations to support their opinions.

Today KS2 English - Reading Comprehension learners enjoyed discussing Genre's 🗣️🤹🧗‍♂️🧟‍♀️🧚‍♀️📖

They also enjoyed reading the first chapter of Katherine Rundell The Explorer 🛩️ and discussing the meaning of words in context.

Today my online ESL learners enjoy learning new vocabulary about hobbies and activities on vacation.

By the end of today's lesson Reggie (Age 7) and Ivy (Age 5) 🌏🇨🇳were able to ask and answer questions and have a discussion about hobbies and what they like to do on vacation 👏💯

This week's FACE TO FACE ESL leaners enjoyed:

AT A1 BEGINNER LEVEL - Phonics Fun with SATPIN, identifying letters, sounds and blending.

AT B1 LEVEL - We are going on an adventure together to solve a mystery in the story "The Show Must Go On". Jan had to identify the female characters and decided who is who and why?

AT B2 LEVEL - We began to explore the idea of a Distopian Society in the story "Duplicity". Alex began to familiarise with key vocabulary and discussion questions.
