As we approach the final phase of the EmpowerCanvas project, we’re excited to share the latest developments, activities, and impact across our partner countries — Portugal, Croatia, and Germany.
Over the past few months, we’ve conducted training workshops for youth workers, introduced our innovative tools like the Journey to Resilience board game and the ARTMIND platform, and launched local piloting sessions with young learners. These activities have focused on building resilience, strengthening soft skills, and supporting young people as they transition into adulthood and employment.
We’ve also been active in dissemination and exploitation, showcasing EmpowerCanvas at local and international events, engaging youth organizations, and expanding our network of changemakers across Europe.
