According to American Academy of Paediatrics and Canadian Paediatric Society,

👉 No TV for kids under 2 years; no smartphone and tablets too;

👉 2-4 years should get less than 60 minutes of screen time;

👉kids above 5 years get no more than 120 minutes per day;
