Human resource is the most important asset of a nation; intellectual capital is the most precious component of that human asset and education is the means to build intellectual capital. - Francis Onaiyekan
At the entrance gate of a university in South Africa the following message was posted for contemplation:
*"Destroying any nation does not require the use of atomic bombs or the use of long range missiles. _It only requires lowering the quality of education and allowing cheating in the examinations by the students._"*
Patients die at the hands of such doctors.
Buildings collapse at the hands of such engineers.
Money is lost at the hands of such economists & accountants.
Humanity dies at the hands of such religious scholars.
Justice is lost at the hands of such lawyers and judges...
Governence is lost at the hands of legislators.
*"The collapse of education is the collapse of the nation."*
Dear parents.
Please note the followings.
As you must have noticed around you,
There is an outbreak of mumps(segede) and other viral infections like conjunctivitis (apolo). The weather is changing and we are gradually approaching dry season hence the viral infections.
Kindly improve your ward(s) immunity by trying out the followings and more.
Make them wash their hands regularly.
Especially when they return from school.
Increase your child's water intake. (A minimum of 2 litres daily)
Deworm if you have not done so already.
Reduce the intake of junk food and carbonated drinks especially now.
Increase the intake of greens and vegetables.
Make them eat appropriately and moderately.
Dress them to suit the weather.
Visit the hospital if and when the need arise.
**We care about your wards**

Students preparing for examinations either this year or succeeding years go to the WAEC website and open the link WAEC Ghana. Then click on exam. A menu will open. Go to the bottom and you will find the chief examiner's report. Open the chief examiner's report and you will find past questions from 2011 to 2016 with the chief examiner's comments on how they were answered and what the candidates did wrong. He pointed out how they should have answered the questions.
*This can help in revision.*
