🔥Another unforgettable chapter in our international journey 🔥
Every time we return to South America, one conviction becomes even stronger: meaningful capacity building is only possible when local knowledge is placed at the centre of the learning process.
There is an extraordinary wealth of experience, expertise, and practical wisdom across the region. Our role is not simply to share knowledge, but to create an environment where experiences are exchanged, perspectives are challenged, and everyone learns together.
We often say that our trainers leave each programme having learned more than they were able to share. This experience was, once again, a clear example of that.
To all the participants, thank you for your openness, professionalism, generosity, and willingness to share your knowledge and realities with us. Once again, we had the privilege of working with an incredible group of professionals—and, above all, wonderful people.
The strongest solutions are built together, through mutual respect, genuine collaboration, and the integration of local knowledge into every stage of the learning process.
Beyond the technical achievements, what we value most are the relationships and friendships we build along the way. We leave inspired, grateful, and fortunate to have expanded our circle of friends with so many remarkable people.
Our sincere thanks to OTCA, Brasil, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for facilitating this event and making this shared learning experience possible.
We are also deeply grateful to Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina for the warm hospitality and for welcoming us so generously.
The journey continues…
Next stop: Quito, Ecuador! 🇪🇨
