✈️ 𝙊 𝙢𝙚𝙪 𝙀𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙢𝙪𝙨… 𝙚𝙢 𝘽𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙝𝙖! 🇮🇹

“𝘕𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘰 𝘧𝘰𝘪 𝘧𝘢́𝘤𝘪𝘭. 𝘌𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨𝘦 𝘥𝘢 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘩𝘢 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪́𝘭𝘪𝘢, 𝘥𝘰𝘴 𝘮𝘦𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘨𝘰𝘴 𝘦 𝘥𝘢 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘩𝘢 𝘳𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘢 𝘧𝘦𝘻 𝘤𝘰𝘮 𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘦 𝘮𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘥𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘴.” 💭

Mas foi precisamente sair do conhecido que tornou esta experiência tão marcante. 🤗

Durante três meses em Itália, a Leonor Correia viveu um estágio num lar de idosos, conheceu novas pessoas, enfrentou desafios e descobriu uma versão mais independente e confiante de si própria. 💪

E, ainda, o Romeu e Julieta. Duas pessoas que conheceu pelo caminho e que acabaram por deixar uma marca para a vida. 🫶

“𝘏𝘰𝘫𝘦 𝘰𝘭𝘩𝘰 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢 𝘵𝘳𝘢́𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘮 𝘶𝘮 𝘦𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘩𝘰 𝘱𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘰 𝘰 𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘪.” 💭

Bolonha terminou, mas ficou para sempre! 💙

“𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘉𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘭𝘺, 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘺.”💭

But it was precisely stepping out of my comfort zone that made this experience so memorable. 🤗

During her three months in Italy, Leonor Correia undertook an internship at a care home for the elderly, met new people, faced challenges and discovered a more independent and confident version of herself. 💪

And then there were Romeo and Juliet. Two people she met along the way who ended up leaving a lasting impression on her life. 🫶

Mais uma reunião do consórcio Erasmus+, coordenado pela AEVA, com oito instituições reunidas para partilhar experiências, alinhar práticas e preparar as próximas mobilidades. 🤝

O que resultou das experiências deste ano? O que podemos ajustar? O que precisa de ser reforçado? 👌

Perguntas que deram lugar a ideias, decisões e novas formas de fazer melhor. ✅

E é assim, em conjunto, que se vai afinando o trabalho que está por trás de cada mobilidade. 💯

Another meeting of the Erasmus+ consortium, coordinated by AEVA, brought together eight institutions to share experiences, align practices and prepare for upcoming mobility programmes. 🤝

What have we learnt from this year’s experiences? What can we adjust? What needs to be strengthened? 👌

“𝘉𝘪𝘭𝘣𝘢𝘰 𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘰𝘶-𝘮𝘦 𝘢 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳-𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘰́𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘰.”✨

Para a Matilde Silva, foram dias de ruas desconhecidas, comboios sem destino, caminhadas pela costa e muitas histórias pelo caminho. 🗺️

Mais do que conhecer Bilbao, esta experiência ensinou-a a confiar mais em si, a sair da rotina e a viver cada momento.

“𝘈𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘪𝘢𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘮 𝘮𝘪𝘮 𝘦 𝘢 𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘰 𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘵𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘳, 𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘴𝘰́ 𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘰𝘴 𝘶𝘮𝘢 𝘷𝘪𝘥𝘢.” 💬

Agora ficam as memórias, as risadas até ao anoitecer… e, claro, as saudades.

For Matilde Silva, these were days spent on unfamiliar streets, on trains with no destination, walking along the coast and encountering many stories along the way.🗺️

More than just getting to know Bilbao, this experience taught her to trust herself more, to break out of her routine and to live in the moment.

Now all that remains are the memories, the laughter until nightfall… and, of course, the longing.

O tema deste ano, “𝘈 𝘑𝘶𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦 𝘢 𝘈𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤̧𝘢𝘳 𝘯𝘢 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘤̧𝘢̃𝘰 𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘷𝘦́𝘴 𝘥𝘢 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘢 𝘦 𝘗𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘢𝘴” lembra-nos que as melhores soluções nascem quando diferentes pessoas, diferentes culturas e diferentes ideias trabalham pelo mesmo objetivo. 🤝

As oportunidades Erasmus+ estiveram em destaque numa sessão dedicada às mobilidades internacionais, onde não faltaram testemunhos, dicas e tudo o que é preciso saber para dar o primeiro passo. ✈️

Às vezes, basta dizer SIM a uma oportunidade para descobrir um novo país, uma nova cultura… e uma nova versão de nós próprios. 👌
