بعد أشهر من التدريب والتطبيق العملي، جاءت لحظة استعراض الأثر. فقد استقبلت العيادة القانونية في كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية، يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 7/7/2026، السيد فريد روني، خبير برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP)، وفريق برنامج سواسية 3، في زيارة ميدانية خُصصت للاطلاع على تجربة حاضنة النجاح القانونية، حيث استعرض المحامون والمحاميات المشاركون في دورتها الأولى حصيلة رحلتهم التدريبية، وما حققوه من إنجازات على المستويين المهني والمجتمعي.

وأبرز اللقاء الأثر الذي حققته الحاضنة في تأهيل المشاركين وتعزيز جاهزيتهم لسوق العمل، من خلال الجمع بين المعرفة القانونية والتطبيق العملي وخدمة المجتمع. كما أشاد وفد البرنامج بالمستوى المهني للمشاركين، مؤكدًا أن الحاضنة تمثل نموذجًا واعدًا للاستثمار في الكفاءات القانونية الشابة.

After months of intensive training and hands-on legal practice, the time came to reflect on the impact. On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University welcomed Mr. Fred Rooney, Expert with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), together with representatives of the SAWASYA III Programme, for a field visit dedicated to reviewing the experience of An-Najah Legal Incubator. During the visit, lawyers participating in the incubator's first cohort showcased the outcomes of their training journey and highlighted the professional and community impact they had achieved throughout the programme.

The meeting highlighted the incubator's success in preparing participants for the legal profession by integrating legal knowledge with practical training and community engagement. Participants reflected on how the programme had strengthened their professional competencies, enhanced their confidence, and equipped them with the practical skills required to enter the legal profession. The SAWASYA III delegation also commended the participants' professionalism and commitment, emphasizing that the Legal Incubator represents a promising model for investing in and empowering the next generation of legal professionals.

نفّذت حاضنة النجاح القانونية التابعة للعيادة القانونية في كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية، يوم الثلاثاء 30/6/2026، حملة قانونية توعوية في جمعية التنمية والتأهيل عودة في مخيم عسكر الجديد بعنوان "تسوية الأراضي والمياه في فلسطين"، قدّمها المشارك في الحاضنة المحامي ليث أبو زنط، بمشاركة المتطوع في العيادة القانونية جلال دويكات.

وركزت الحملة على التعريف بمفهوم تسوية الأراضي والمياه وأهميتها في تثبيت حقوق الملكية، واستعرضت مراحل إجراءات التسوية، ودور هيئة تسوية الأراضي والمياه، وآليات تقديم ادعاءات الملكية والاعتراضات، واختصاص محكمة التسوية في الفصل في النزاعات العقارية، وفقًا للتشريعات الفلسطينية النافذة.

كما شهدت الحملة نقاشًا تفاعليًا مع المشاركين حول أبرز الإشكاليات العملية المرتبطة بإجراءات التسوية، وأهمية الحفاظ على الوثائق القانونية المتعلقة بالملكية، بما أسهم في تعزيز الوعي القانوني بحقوق الملكية وآليات حمايتها.

An-Najah Legal Incubator, operating under the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University, conducted a legal awareness campaign on June 30, 2026, at the Awda Development and Rehabilitation Association in New Askar Refugee Camp. The session, entitled "Land and Water Settlement in Palestine," was delivered by Laith Abu Zant, a participant in the Legal Incubator, with the participation of Jalal Dweikat, a Legal Clinic volunteer.

The campaign introduced participants to the concept and importance of land and water settlement in securing property rights. It covered the key stages of the settlement process, the role of the Land and Water Settlement Commission, procedures for submitting ownership claims and objections, and the jurisdiction of the Settlement Court in resolving land disputes under the applicable Palestinian legislation.

The session concluded with an interactive discussion addressing practical challenges related to land settlement procedures and the importance of preserving ownership documents, helping to enhance participants' awareness of property rights and the legal mechanisms available to protect them.

نفّذت حاضنة النجاح القانونية التابعة للعيادة القانونية في كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية، يوم الأحد 28/6/2026، حملة قانونية توعوية بعنوان "الآثار القانونية لانتهاء الرابطة الزوجية" في جمعية مدرسة الأمهات بمدينة نابلس، قدّمتها المحاميتان إسراء عفانة وأسيل أبو ذياب، من المشاركات في حاضنة النجاح القانونية.

وتناولت الحملة الأحكام القانونية المتعلقة بإنهاء الرابطة الزوجية، موضحةً الفروقات بين الطلاق، والطلاق مقابل الإبراء العام، والتفريق القضائي، إلى جانب بيان درجات الطلاق، والطلاق التعسفي، وأبرز أسباب التفريق القضائي وآثاره القانونية، وفقًا لأحكام قانون الأحوال الشخصية.

كما شهدت الحملة نقاشًا تفاعليًا مع المشاركين للإجابة عن استفساراتهم القانونية، بما أسهم في تعزيز الوعي بالحقوق الأسرية وآليات اللجوء إلى القضاء.

An-Najah Legal Incubator, operating under the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University, conducted a legal awareness campaign entitled "The Legal Consequences of the Dissolution of Marriage" on June 28, 2026, at the Mothers’ School Association in Nablus. The session was delivered by Isra Afana and Aseel Abu Dhiab, participants in An-Najah Legal Incubator.

The campaign focused on raising awareness of the legal implications of the dissolution of marriage under the Palestinian Personal Status Law. It explained the differences between divorce, divorce in exchange for a general waiver, and judicial separation, while also addressing the different types of divorce, arbitrary divorce, and the legal grounds for judicial separation.

The session concluded with an interactive discussion, during which participants raised legal questions related to family rights and judicial procedures, helping to strengthen their understanding of their legal rights and available legal remedies.

On 25 June 2026, the An-Najah Legal Incubator conducted a legal awareness campaign entitled “The Landlords and Tenants Law: Balancing the Rights of Landlords and Tenants” at the Women’s Activity Center in Askar Old Camp. The session was delivered by Ms. Roaa Hseiba, a participant in the An-Najah Legal Incubator.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness of the legal relationship between landlords and tenants by addressing the key legal provisions governing tenancy agreements, the rights and obligations of both parties, the legal grounds for eviction, and common legal issues arising from tenancy relationships.

The session also featured an interactive discussion, during which participants’ questions were addressed, helping to enhance their understanding of tenancy law and strengthen their legal awareness.

On 18 June 2026, the An-Najah Legal Incubator conducted a legal awareness campaign entitled “Know Your Rights… Protect Your Future” at Seeds Association for Development and Culture. The campaign was delivered by Ms. Raghad Tanbour and Ms. Farah Tbeileh, participants in the An-Najah Legal Incubator.

The campaign aimed to raise awareness of workers’ rights in the workplace by addressing key provisions of the Palestinian Labor Law, including employment contracts, wages, working hours, leave entitlements, women’s labor rights, and the legal mechanisms available to protect and claim labor rights.

The session also featured an interactive discussion, during which participants’ questions on workplace-related legal issues were addressed, helping to strengthen their legal awareness and connect legal principles with practical realities.

نظّمت حاضنة النجاح القانونية خلال يومي 10 و11 حزيران 2026 تدريبًا متخصصًا بعنوان "قانون الشركات الفلسطيني في التطبيق العملي" للمحامين المشاركين في الحاضنة القانونية، وقدّمه د. محمد أبو شهاب.

An-Najah Legal Incubator organized a specialized training workshop entitled “Palestinian Companies Law in Practical Application” on 10–11 June 2026 for the lawyers participating in the Legal Incubator. The training was delivered by Dr. Mohammad Abu Shahab.
The workshop addressed key practical issues related to Palestinian Companies Law, including the liability of companies and partners, company dissolution and liquidation procedures, corporate disputes, and appeals against decisions of the Companies Registrar, with a focus on practical applications and relevant judicial precedents.
The training also included practical exercises and case studies drawn from real judicial practice, aimed at enhancing participants’ skills in legal analysis, drafting pleadings and legal submissions, and handling commercial and corporate cases professionally and effectively.
This training forms part of the An-Najah Legal Incubator’s efforts to develop specialized legal skills among lawyers and strengthen the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application.

On 2 June 2026, the An-Najah Legal Incubator organized a field visit to the Nablus Directorate of Labor with the participation of the incubator’s trainees, as part of its efforts to strengthen practical legal training and bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice.

During the visit, participants learned about the functions of the Ministry of Labor, the services it provides, and its role in regulating the labor market and protecting labor rights. They also gained insight into the work of the Directorate’s various departments, particularly in handling labor complaints, resolving labor disputes, and ensuring compliance with Palestinian labor legislation.

The visit included an interactive discussion on the practical application of Palestinian Labor Law and mechanisms for protecting workers’ rights, contributing to a deeper understanding of labor-related legal practice.

This visit comes within the Legal Incubator’s ongoing efforts to enhance the professional skills of young lawyers and strengthen their engagement with relevant public institutions, helping to prepare qualified legal professionals for the labor market.

The training covered the legal and practical aspects of trademark registration and protection in Palestine, as well as mechanisms for addressing trademark-related disputes. It also included practical exercises and legal drafting models that enhanced participants’ professional skills in this field.

وقدّمت الحملة المشاركة في حاضنة النجاح القانونية المحامية آلاء خليلية، حيث تناولت الجوانب القانونية المرتبطة بالتجارة الإلكترونية، وحقوق المستهلك الإلكتروني، وآليات الحماية من الاحتيال والجرائم الإلكترونية، إضافة إلى أهمية حماية البيانات الشخصية أثناء استخدام المنصات الرقمية.

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance community legal awareness regarding digital advancements, the An-Najah Legal Incubator—affiliated with the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University—conducted a legal awareness campaign titled "E-Commerce". The event took place at the Mothers' School Society in Nablus on Monday, May 11, 2026.

The campaign was delivered by Adv. Alaa Khalilieh, a participant at the An-Najah Legal Incubator. She addressed the legal frameworks governing e-commerce, digital consumer rights, and mechanisms for protection against online fraud and cybercrimes. Additionally, she emphasized the critical importance of safeguarding personal data while navigating digital platforms.

The session witnessed highly interactive discussions regarding daily digital transactions and their associated legal challenges, which significantly contributed to fostering both the legal and digital literacy of the participants.

في إطار تعزيز التدريب القانوني التطبيقي وربط المحامين الشباب بمؤسسات العدالة، نفّذت حاضنة النجاح القانونية في كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية، يوم الثلاثاء 5/5/2026، زيارة ميدانية لرواد الحاضنة إلى مقر النيابة العامة في نابلس.
والتقى الوفد برئيس النيابة العامة الأستاذ خليل سلامة، الذي قدّم شرحاً وافياً حول الهيكلية التنظيمية للنيابة، واختصاصاتها، ودورها المحوري في تحريك الدعوى الجزائية، وآليات سير الإجراءات القانونية من التحقيق وحتى الإحالة للمحكمة.
وشهدت الزيارة حواراً مهنياً تفاعلياً؛ حيث طرح المحامون تساؤلاتهم حول التطبيق العملي لقانون الإجراءات الجزائية، وضمانات المحاكمة العادلة، ودور المحامي في مرحلة التحقيق، مما ساهم في صقل مهاراتهم وتعزيز فهمهم للواقع العملي لمؤسسات العدالة.
وتأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن أنشطة مشروع "تعزيز استدامة العيادة القانونية"، الممول من برنامج سواسية 3، بالشراكة مع برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي (UNDP)، وهيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة (UN Women)، ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للطفولة (UNICEF).

As part of its commitment to fostering applied legal training and bridging the gap between young lawyers and justice institutions, the An-Najah Legal Incubator at the Faculty of Law and Political Science conducted a field visit to the Public Prosecution office in Nablus on Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
The delegation met with the Head of the Public Prosecution in Nablus, Mr. Khalil Salameh, who provided a comprehensive overview of the Prosecution’s organizational structure, its core functions, and its pivotal role in initiating and pursuing criminal proceedings. The discussion also covered the procedural workflow from the investigation stage to case referral to competent courts.
The visit featured an interactive professional dialogue, where participating lawyers engaged in in-depth discussions regarding the practical application of the Criminal Procedure Law, the role of defense counsel during investigations, and the guarantees of a fair trial. This exchange significantly enhanced the participants' practical understanding of the legal landscape.
This initiative is part of the "Strengthening the Sustainability of the Legal Clinic" project, supported by the Sawasya III program, in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Women, and UNICEF.
