⚖️ ضمن جهودها في نشر الثقافة القانونية المجتمعية، نفّذت حاضنة النجاح القانونية في كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية حملة توعوية بعنوان "عقد الزواج وآثاره في قانون الأحوال الشخصية"، وذلك في جمعية مركز النشاط النسوي بمخيم عسكر القديم يوم الاثنين 4/5/2026.

وقدّمت الحملة رائدتا الحاضنة المحاميتان إسراء عفانة وأسـيل أبو ذياب، حيث تناولتا الأحكام القانونية المرتبطة بعقد الزواج، والحقوق والواجبات المترتبة عليه، إضافة إلى التوعية بالمشكلات القانونية الناتجة عن الزواج غير الموثق وآليات الحماية القانونية المتاحة للنساء.

كما شهد اللقاء تفاعلًا ونقاشات قانونية حول قضايا واقعية من المجتمع، بما ساهم في تعزيز الوعي القانوني لدى المشاركات وتمكينهن من فهم حقوقهن بصورة أفضل.

وتأتي هذه الفعالية ضمن مشروع "تعزيز استدامة العيادة القانونية"، الممول من برنامج سواسية 3 بالشراكة مع UNDP وUN Women وUNICEF.

As part of its efforts to promote legal awareness within the community, the An-Najah Legal Incubator at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University conducted a legal awareness campaign titled “Marriage Contracts and Their Legal Effects under Personal Status Law” at the Women’s Activity Center in Old Askar Camp on Monday, 4 May 2026.

The campaign was delivered by the Incubator pioneers, lawyers Israa Afana and Aseel Abu Dhiab, and addressed the legal provisions related to marriage contracts, the rights and obligations arising from them, as well as the legal consequences of undocumented marriages and available legal protection mechanisms for women.

The session also included interactive discussions on real-life community cases, contributing to strengthening participants’ legal awareness and helping them better understand their rights.

This activity is part of the project “Enhancing the Sustainability of the Legal Clinic,” funded by the Sawasya 3 Programme in partnership with UNDP, UN Women, and UNICEF.

حاضنة النجاح القانونية تنفّذ حملة قانونية توعوية حول الابتزاز الإلكتروني في مخيم عسكر الجديد

نفّذت حاضنة النجاح القانونية في كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية، يوم الأحد 3/5/2026، حملة قانونية توعوية بعنوان "الابتزاز الإلكتروني" في جمعية التنمية والتأهيل عودة بمخيم عسكر الجديد، قدّمتها رائدتا الحاضنة المحاميتان رغد طنبور وفرح طبيلة.

تناولت الحملة مفهوم الابتزاز الإلكتروني، وأشكاله، وسبل الوقاية منه، إضافة إلى التوعية بالإجراءات القانونية الواجب اتباعها عند التعرّض لهذه الجرائم، مع تقديم إرشادات عملية لتعزيز الحماية الرقمية والأمن الإلكتروني.

كما شهدت الحملة نقاشات تفاعلية مع المشاركين حول حالات واقعية، بما ساهم في تعزيز الوعي القانوني وآليات الحماية القانونية في المجتمع.

An-Najah Legal Incubator Conducts a Legal Awareness Campaign on Electronic Blackmail in New Askar Camp

As part of promoting community legal awareness and addressing challenges related to cybercrimes, the An-Najah Legal Incubator at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University conducted a legal awareness campaign titled “Electronic Blackmail” on Sunday, 3 May 2026, at Awda Development and Rehabilitation Association in New Askar Camp.

The campaign was delivered by the Incubator pioneers, lawyers Raghad Tanbour and Farah Tbeileh, and focused on raising awareness about the concept of electronic blackmail, its different forms, methods of prevention, and the legal procedures that should be followed when exposed to such crimes.

The campaign also provided practical guidance on digital protection and online safety, while interactive discussions with participants contributed to enhancing legal awareness and understanding of protection mechanisms within the community.

This initiative is part of the activities implemented under the project “Enhancing the Sustainability of the Legal Clinic,” funded by the Sawasya 3 Programme in partnership with UNDP, UN Women, and UNICEF.

العيادة القانونية في جامعة النجاح الوطنية تختتم تدريبًا حول تطبيقات القانون في الذكاء الاصطناعي

اختتمت العيادة القانونية في كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية تدريبًا متخصصًا بعنوان “تطبيقات القانون في الذكاء الاصطناعي”، والذي عُقد خلال الفترة من 23 آذار إلى 13 نيسان 2026، وقدّمه الدكتور علاء الدين دويكات.

استهدف التدريب طلبة مساق العيادة القانونية، وركّز على تمكينهم من استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث والتحليل القانوني وصياغة المذكرات والاستشارات القانونية، إلى جانب التعرف على الأبعاد القانونية والأخلاقية المرتبطة باستخدام هذه التقنيات.

وفي ختام التدريب، قدّم الطلبة عروضًا تطبيقية لقضايا قانونية استخدموا فيها أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ما عكس تطور مهاراتهم في الربط بين المعرفة القانونية والتقنيات الحديثة.

An-Najah Legal Clinic Concludes Training on Legal Applications of Artificial Intelligence

The Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University concluded a specialized training titled “Legal Applications of Artificial Intelligence,” held from March 23 to April 13, 2026, and delivered by Dr. Alaa Al-Deen Dweikat.

The training targeted Legal Clinic students and focused on enhancing their ability to use AI tools in legal research, analysis, and drafting legal memoranda and consultations, while also addressing the legal and ethical aspects of AI use.

At the end of the training, students presented practical case-based projects demonstrating their use of AI in analyzing legal issues and building structured legal arguments, reflecting a clear improvement in their practical and technical skills.

This training comes as part of the Legal Clinic’s efforts to enhance practical legal education and strengthen the capacity of young lawyers to utilize alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. The activity was implemented within the framework of the project “Enhancing the Sustainability of the Legal Clinic,” funded by the Sawasya III Programme in partnership with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Women, and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), contributing to the promotion of the rule of law and improved access to justice.

حاضنة النجاح القانونية تختتم تدريبًا متخصصًا حول قوانين الأراضي في فلسطين

في إطار تعزيز المهارات المهنية لرواد حاضنة النجاح القانونية، تم تنفيذ تدريب متخصص بعنوان "قوانين الأراضي في فلسطين" خلال الفترة 8–12 نيسان 2026، قدّمه الدكتور غسان خالد.

ركّز التدريب على الإطار التشريعي الناظم للأراضي في فلسطين، من خلال استعراض القوانين عبر الحقب المختلفة، والتعمق في أنواع الأراضي وفق القانون العثماني، إضافة إلى قوانين التسوية، التنظيم، إزالة الشيوع، وتسجيل الأموال غير المنقولة.

كما تناول التدريب المفاهيم القانونية المرتبطة بالأراضي، والتحديات الناتجة عن تعدد الأنظمة القانونية، بما يعزز قدرة المشاركين على التعامل مع القضايا العقارية بكفاءة ومهنية.

وفي الختام، قدّم المشاركون نقاشات تطبيقية حول حالات واقعية، عكست تطور مهاراتهم في التحليل القانوني وربط النصوص بالتطبيق العملي.

An-Najah Legal Incubator Concludes Specialized Training on Land Laws in Palestine

As part of its efforts to enhance the professional skills of its participants, the An-Najah Legal Incubator conducted a specialized training titled “Land Laws in Palestine” from 8–12 April 2026, .delivered by Dr. Ghassan Khaled

The training focused on the legal framework governing land in Palestine, covering legislation across different historical periods and providing in-depth insight into land classifications under Ottoman law, as well as key laws related to land settlement, planning, co-ownership (removal of common ownership), and property registration.

It also addressed key legal concepts and challenges arising from the multiplicity of legal systems, strengthening participants’ ability to handle land-related cases with professionalism and accuracy.

At the conclusion, participants engaged in practical discussions on real-life cases, demonstrating enhanced legal analysis skills and the ability to link legal texts with practical application.

نفّذت حاضنة النجاح القانونية التابعة للعيادة القانونية في كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية بجامعة النجاح الوطنية تدريبًا متخصصًا بعنوان “الوساطة كوسيلة بديلة لحل النزاعات”، وذلك يومي 28 و29 آذار 2026 في مقر الحاضنة، بالتعاون مع مؤسسة ACT لحل النزاعات.

قدّم التدريب الأستاذ محمد هادية، المدير التنفيذي لمؤسسة ACT، حيث تناول مفاهيم الوساطة وأهميتها كوسيلة فعّالة لتسوية النزاعات بطرق ودّية وسريعة، إضافة إلى مهارات الوسيط ومراحل إدارة عملية الوساطة. كما تضمن التدريب تمارين تفاعلية ومحاكاة لجلسات وساطة هدفت إلى تمكين المشاركين من اكتساب مهارات عملية في التواصل وإدارة الحوار والتفاوض بين أطراف النزاع.

An-Najah Legal Incubator, affiliated with the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University, conducted a specialized training titled “Mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution Method” on March 28–29, 2026, at the incubator’s premises, in cooperation with ACT for Conflict Resolution.

The training was delivered by Mr. Mohammad Hadayeh, Executive Director of ACT, and addressed the concept of mediation and its importance as an effective method for resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. It also covered the key skills of a mediator and the stages of the mediation process. The training included interactive exercises and simulated mediation sessions aimed at equipping participants with practical skills in communication, dialogue management, and negotiation between disputing parties.

This training comes as part of the Legal Clinic’s efforts to enhance practical legal education and strengthen the capacity of young lawyers to utilize alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. The Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University organized a welcoming meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, for the lawyers participating in the An-Najah Legal Incubator, marking the official launch of the incubator. The meeting aimed to support the professional pathways of newly practicing lawyers and to strengthen applied legal education.

The meeting introduced participants to the incubator’s program, which is based on applied legal training, professional capacity building, legal mentorship, and hands-on engagement with real-life community cases, contributing to empowering lawyers to practice the profession effectively and provide quality legal services, particularly to vulnerable and marginalized groups.

This activity was held with the support of Sawasiya III, the joint programme of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), UN Women, and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), as part of An-Najah National University’s ongoing efforts to link legal theory with practice and to promote applied legal education, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals particularly Quality Education, Gender Equality, and Justice and the Rule of Law.
