الفرق بين " if " و " whether"
ال if: تستخدم ك اداة شرط (اذا تحقق امر ما ، سيحدث امر اخر)
مثال:
If it rains, we will cancel the picnic

ال whether: تستخدم للتكلم عن امر سيحدث بغض النظر عن تحقق او عدم تحقق شرط معين.
مثال :
We will be happy whether it's rainy or sunny
