The Ippy Dippy team leaves tomorrow for the incredible eLearning Africa in Accra, and we could not be more excited.

As a proud sponsor of the conference, we’re looking forward to connecting with educators, innovators, ministries, and organizations from across Africa and around the world to talk about the future of learning, opportunity, and lifelong education.

We can’t wait to see everyone there, build new relationships, and continue sharing the vision behind democratized learning through The Ippy Dippy.

If you’ll be attending, make sure to connect with us while we’re there.

Tonight, The Ippy Dippy’s Founder & CEO, Seamus O’Hara, attended the Baldwin Wallace University alumni business networking event and came away energized by the connections and conversations throughout the evening.

One of the highlights was reconnecting with Melissa, a longtime childhood family friend Seamus had not seen in many years. Even better, the event sparked future professional possibilities, with hopes to collaborate with her HR services moving forward. That’s exactly what strong community networking is all about.

The evening also included the opportunity to hear from and casually connect with Lee Fisher and Jim Tressel, alongside many other outstanding professionals from across Northeast Ohio.

A big thank you to Anthony, Penny, and Ron for facilitating such a meaningful and well-run event.

We really enjoyed the Burton D. Morgan Foundation and MAGNET Second Stage Learning & Networking event tonight at The Aviator.

We had a great conversation with Patrick, Maureen, William, and Brian about everything from free energy, being Irish, to being a parent. Always valuable getting in a room with people building and thinking in different spaces.

Great connecting with Principal Wilson Araujo this week to map out what it looks like to bring Global Ambassadors Language Academy ( ) fully onto The Ippy Dippy.

We’re talking staff, students, and families all in one system—one place to capture real learning, inside and outside the classroom.

This is how it should work. One school community. One learning ledger. Real visibility into growth.

Cleveland continues to lead.

The footprint is getting real.

What started in the Cleveland area is now active in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Mumbai, India—with Accra, Ghana up next.

Same platform. Different regions. Real use across schools, systems, and communities.

The focus hasn’t changed: make learning trackable, verifiable, and useful—whether it happens in a classroom, on a job site, or anywhere in between.

We’re building it in multiple parts of the world at the same time.

We’ve been spending real time in Puerto Rico for a reason—getting it right as we look to put down roots.

The vision is a true dual hub: Puerto Rico as a bridge between English-speaking markets and Latin America, with The Ippy Dippy helping build something that creates new opportunity and a new kind of industry on the island.

Appreciate the alignment and early vision from Integra Group, especially Carlos Ortiz and Francisco Bonet.

And a special shoutout to Frankie and —the early visionaries who saw what The Ippy Dippy could be in Puerto Rico from the start.

This is being built with intention.

The Ippy Dippy is proud to share that we have been selected to participate in the Burton D. Morgan Mentoring Program, powered by JumpStart.

This program connects emerging founders with experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders who provide hands-on guidance to help companies grow, navigate challenges, and accelerate their impact. It’s designed to give startups access to the kind of mentorship that can sharpen strategy, strengthen operations, and open doors across the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

As part of the program, The Ippy Dippy has been paired with mentor John Knific, and the experience is already proving invaluable. John has generously shared thoughtful insights and practical guidance that are helping propel our work forward as we continue building a platform designed to support lifelong learning for educators, students, and communities.

Grateful to Burton D. Morgan Foundation and JumpStart Inc. for creating opportunities like this that strengthen the entrepreneurial community and help founders turn bold ideas into lasting impact.

Great day at the Male Leadership Summit. It was energizing to reconnect with longtime colleagues, meet new leaders, and share what The Ippy Dippy is bringing to the future of professional learning.

One of the highlights was when Anthony assembled the “Avengers” of leadership in the room — a reminder of what happens when passionate educators and leaders come together with a shared purpose.

Huge thanks to Anthony Brown for hosting an outstanding event that challenged everyone there to truly level up.
