Hard to believe that just a year ago, I was broke, homeless, jobless — sleeping on my brother’s couch — wondering how I was going to provide for the woman I had just asked to marry me.

Fast forward to today… I’m cruising on brand new ship, the Aqua.

It’s been 9 years since my last Norwegian cruise — back in 2016 when I won a free trip for being their top home agent.
Now, in 2025, I’m the top rookie.

I went from having no income and no place to live…
to making well over six figures and living in a luxury 2-bedroom apartment in one of America’s top 10 neighborhoods.

My original goal was to make $5K a month for the first six months while I rebuilt my clientele —
but that was my plan.

God had something bigger in mind.

The level of success I’ve had isn’t normal.

In my 3rd month, I ranked Top 3 out of 200 agents.
By month 5, I hit Century Club (100 bookings).

This is not a testament to me —
It’s a testament to the God I serve.

He blessed me with the greatest brother and sister in the world

A God-fearing sister-in-law who welcomed me into her home

My future father n law who let me live with him in Poland while I got my feet back on the ground.

My future mother-in-law who was making sure I had something to eat everyday.

My uncle who’s not on social media that let me stay with him a few months, until I could afford my own place

And my dad who doesn’t check his social media but was the one keeping me afloat all these years as I struggled trying to find my purpose and trying different jobs and business ventures .cartagena.10

Last but not least, my fiance who kept me motivated and believed in me, even when I had nothing to give.

Through faith and obedience God placed the right people and the right opportunities in my life — and for that, I’m forever loyal and forever grateful. 🙏 🙏 e

It’s Election Day, and I’ve got an unpopular opinion: it doesn’t matter who you vote for, because the president doesn’t truly run the US, let alone this world.

Satan does, and it’s not hard to see—just look around at the wars, the greed, the toxic food we consume, and the poisons we sell. Ephesians 2:2 reminds us: “In which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.”

The prince of air is Satan, the disobedient is anyone who doesn’t follow God. Those who don’t follow God place their faith in human leaders who continuously let us down with broken promises, which is why Psalm 146:3-5 says:

“Do not put your trust in princes, in human beings, who cannot save. When their spirit departs, they return to the ground; on that very day their plans come to nothing. Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God.”

Today, let’s stay grounded, engaged, and prayerful. Human plans will rise and fall, but our trust and hope should remain in the One who reigns forever.

In today’s world, there’s a growing fascination with New Age practices and the allure of hidden or “secret” knowledge.

We see people drawn to the idea that there’s an esoteric truth, only accessible to a select few, through occult rituals or mystical practices.

But let’s pause and reflect on what Isaiah 48:16 tells us.

God has never hidden His truth. From the very beginning, He has spoken openly, offering His guidance and wisdom to all who are willing to listen.

There are no secret doors, no hidden rituals, no exclusive knowledge required to understand God’s will.

When the time comes for His plans to unfold, He is present, making Himself known to all, not just a chosen few.

The idea that true knowledge must be hidden is a deception. It’s a tactic of the enemy, designed to pull us away from the simplicity and clarity of God’s message. The evil one thrives in secrecy, in twisting the truth, and in creating confusion.

But our God is a God of light, transparency, and accessibility.

If someone claims to possess secret knowledge or a hidden truth that contradicts God’s Word, be wary.

God’s love and truth are available to everyone, and His Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105).

This morning, I woke up feeling a little anxious, and almost immediately, I got a message: I need to spend less time on my phone. It was then that I remembered I had slept with my phone in my bed.

Normally, I don’t sleep with any phone or laptop in my room because I read somewhere that even if they are off, they can still emit electromagnetic fields (EMFs). EMFs can potentially disrupt sleep patterns and overall sleep quality.

I’ve noticed the difference. When I don’t sleep with my phone in the room, I can remember my dreams and haven’t woken up anxious in a while.

Phone addiction is real and extremely toxic. Instead of connecting with ourselves, we’re constantly having others’ values and beliefs pressed upon us.

Our thoughts and beliefs shape our reality, and the way these sophisticated algorithms are set up, they’ll keep feeding you the reality that you engage with most.

For any question we have, our phone is the first thing we turn to. However, the answers to the most important questions lie within and come in silence.

Phones are distractions. Yes, you have endless information and entertainment at your fingertips, but there’s a cost to everything.

Right now, we’re living in a new economy—the creator economy, where attention is the number one currency. In this economy, there are two types of people: creators and consumers.

The ones who create more than they consume will thrive. The ones who consume more than they create will pay for the lifestyle of those who create.

For the longest time, I was a consumer, but now it’s time to change that.

The crypto bull run is rapidly approaching, so get ready to hear those almost mythical stories of people turning a few hundred dollars into millions. At the same time, many project founders will be left scratching their heads, wondering why a token named after (insert cute animal here) is soaring to a multi-billion dollar market cap, while their innovative, world-changing projects are left trailing in the dust.

While luck and market manipulation can play a role, there are some common mistakes many projects make, and it usually comes down to having one or more problems with what I call the '5 C's:

Copy: Simplicity Wins

Even the most revolutionary project will struggle if it can't be explained simply. If a 5-year-old can't grasp your concept in 30 seconds, it's too complex. People are interested in benefits, not just technology. Make your message clear and concise.

Content: Emotional Over Technical

Most content fails to engage because it focuses on features, not emotions. Take a layer1 blockchain, for example: it may be faster and cheaper, but simply listing these features won't captivate your audience. People care about how these benefits impact their lives. It's not just about the information you present, but how you present it. The fonts, colors, and lighting in your content all influence how people perceive and connect with your brand.

Community: Your Foundation

A project without a community is like a tree without roots. This is why projects aiming to end world hunger or stop climate change get frustrated when something like Napoleon Dynamite Token surges 300,000% in a day, while they struggle to reach a 1 million dollar market cap. Often, founders focus too much on the product, thinking it will sell itself, and they emphasize features that their audience doesn’t care about. People don’t care how much you know unless they know how much you care. Your audience needs to feel understood and provided with what they want. They seek to be entertained and informed about things that interest them; they don’t want to be constantly sold to.

Conversions: Ease and Accessibility

This is the most painful aspect because you have an audience, but you’re not converting them into users or investors. This can happen for several reasons, but one of the main ones is that your token or DApp isn't easy enough to buy or use. We all know crypto isn't the most user-friendly thing in the world, but you can do your part by educating your community, providing video tutorials, and offering support. Optimizing your website and social media platforms is a must.

Closing: The Art of Sales

The last reason I see projects fail is that they have no sales team. They have nobody reaching out for partnerships. Nobody talks to potential whales on platforms like LinkedIn. If someone is looking to invest, they’re talking to people on Telegram and Discord who don’t know anything other than the launch date, or market cap if your project is launched, is not going to meet the need. I can’t begin to tell you how many times I’ve seen projects fumble the ball with big-time investors because they just can’t get a hold of anyone competent enough to answer their questions.
