Advocacy in action at the New York State Capitol! 🏛️
and The Options Center joined the New York State Association for College Admission Counseling (NYSACAC) for Legislative Advocacy Day last week. We met with elected officials and championed policies that expand access to higher education across New York State.
Our advocacy focused on strengthening student financial aid, expanding opportunity programs, supporting students’ basic needs, and developing a statewide longitudinal data system (SLDS) in New York State.
