The Human Powered Vehicle Challenge is a competition of ASME about the design and manufacture of green vehicles to help underdeveloped countries.
Every year ASME has a competition called Human Powered Vehicle Challenge. This competition is about the design and manufacture of green vehicles with the purpose to help underdeveloped countries. Also it has the purpose of reducing the global impact of gasoline. The HPVC has four events: Design, Innovation, Velocity and Endurance. The UPRM’s Human Powered Vehicle Challenge is ready for its manufacturing semester and is recruiting new members! The team is looking for Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Business and Marketing students!
