Don't wait for every single document before looking into the application process. You can often start preparing your application while you're still collecting the remaining paperwork.

Your path doesn’t have to be linear.

At UWr, we understand that life doesn’t always go in a straight line. A study gap is not a barrier, and many students return to education after time spent working, traveling or growing personally. What matters is where you’re going next, not when you started.

What’s your story?

It's great to have long application deadlines - but don't let them fool you.

The earlier you apply, the more time you'll have to complete any missing documents, receive your admission decision, prepare for your visa process and plan your move to Wrocław.

Don't wait until the last minute if you don't have to.

So, when are you planning to apply? 👇

When you choose to study abroad, we know you’re curious about the world. You want more: broader perspectives, new places, different ways of thinking.

The University of Wroclaw gives you a strong foundation for that journey, with access to a wide network of partner universities, exchange programmes such as Erasmus+, ISEP, Arqus Alliance or UWr research bases out of the city.

Because UWr doesn’t just mean studying in Wroclaw - it means the world becomes part of your degree.

That’s the point. Your education doesn’t shrink to one place. It expands.

Belonging far from home sounds like something difficult. And sometimes it is. No one really talks about how brave it is to start over in a different country.

There will be days when you miss your people, your language, your favourite café, the version of yourself that already knew how everything worked.

But at UWr, belonging has a way of happening naturally. You don’t even notice it at first - you just end up talking for three hours with people who grew up on completely different sides of the world, and somehow it feels easy, like you’ve known them longer than you actually have.

It starts in small moments. Standing in a supermarket trying to figure out cereal boxes on your phone, on your own. Taking a wrong turn and ending up somewhere you didn’t plan, but not really minding it. Realising that even the unfamiliar starts to feel normal after a while.

And then there’s the city itself, full of students like you - all slightly new, all quietly building something of their own.

You don’t have to arrive here fearless or fully figured out.
You just have to arrive.
The rest comes easier than you think.
