sharpening.

in my case it’s pretty straightforward and quick. since almost all of my knives have a basically zero edge, there isn’t much to sharpen.

I go through 2 stones, pretty soft King 800 and 6000 followed by a leather strop. at the end I’m left with 200 on a BESS scale which is an equivalent of a utility razor blade. I’d call it a working sharpness because basically the sharper something is the quicker it will get dull.

this one turned out super classy, it’s basically hard damascus core with softer damascus cladding. polishing the pitted texture was a nightmare but I love how it came out.

no please, I beg you, let me have a break. at least few months before I make another one because I’m definitely not used to not making hidden tangs. I don’t know how you full tang guys do it efficiently xd

but still it was super nice to make something refreshing 🫡
