Meet Klaudyna - our midwife!

My medical career started in 2010, when I graduated from Medical University in Gdansk and became a certified midwife. I continued my education to be able to work as an environmental midwife. My experience includes working for several health care centers, including Luxmed and Medicover, assisting expecting moms. I provide patient education and counseling that extends care from pre-conception through the post-partum.
I love my job and I feel it’s my mission to guide future parents through the most beautiful moments of their lives.
In private, I am a happy wife and mother of 2,5-year old Hanna. My favorite hobby is skydiving!

Kasia - our fitness coach!

Fitness freak, sport and healthy lifestyle lover. Experienced personal trainer and competent fitness instructor. Graduate of AWF/Academy of Physical Education in Krakow. She specializes in body and mind forms, and fitness during pregnancy. In love with Pilates method.
Kasia is an instructor at Total Fitness and Jatomi clubs in Warsaw. She also runs her own home fitness studio.
As a mom of a little boy, she knows how important it is to be active, feel good and comfortable during and after pregnancy.

Meet our psychologist - Ewelina !

Graduate of University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Psychology) and Warsaw School of Economics (Health Management).
Founder of Polish counseling service at multicultural psychotherapy and coaching center in Vienna, Austria, where she provided counseling to individuals, families and groups. Having lived in France, Korea and Austria, she can fully understand expats and provide assistance in overcoming culture shock.
Ewelina worked at the Cardiology Institute as well as emergency service for victims of violence in Warsaw. Currently, she co-leads a childbirth school and maternal coaching at an obstetrics center in Warsaw. She also conducts workshops for medical staff on patient communication.
Ewelina is interested in applying new technologies in the health care sector. In her spare time she plans further travels 😉.

Our first Childbirth and Parenting class coming in March!

Whether you are having your first baby or your fourth, Baby&Me is offering a class for you!
Classes are held at Gym Generation in Miasteczko Wilanów and taught by experienced instructors, including midwife, psychologist and fitness coach.
Our 8-hour/2-day education program will prepare you physically and emotionally for pregnancy, labor, birth and your early parenting experience. The instructors aim to ensure that you and your partner feel as informed, prepared and confident as possible.

WHAT IS COVERED:
• patient’s rights during labor in Poland
• signs and symptoms of labor
• active labor and delivery
• role of the support person
• baby care and parenting the newborn
• breastfeeding and postpartum care
• psychological and emotional aspects of pregnancy
• fitness for pregnant women

DATES: 2-day course to be held on March 8-9 and March 22-23

PLACE: GYM Generation Miasteczko Wilanów, Klimczaka 15, Warsaw
