We are looking for partners from schools located in Portugal, Spain and Greece to join us in implementing a project titled "Sport as a Key for Being Eco." The project aims to focus on sports activities conducted in a way that aligns harmoniously with ecological principles. We recognize the importance of both sports and ecology in our lives. Through our activities, we aim to make students aware that the future is in their hands and that they have a tangible impact on how humans will function in the surrounding world. We can achieve this consciously. We can teach young people how to care for themselves—their bodies, minds and souls—as well as for the reality in which they live, while also creating a suitable environment for future generations.
Our project will focus on activities carried out by students aged 11-14. The project is planned to run from October 2025 to June 2027.
Planned activities during the project include:
 Forest scavenger hunts (with sports and ecology-themed tasks and riddles) combined with a cleanup effort
 Theater performances with sports and ecological themes, using puppets made from recycled materials
 A bicycle rally
 Outdoor yoga sessions
 Field trips to ecological education centers
 Workshops for students from other schools
 School and inter-school competitions with sports and ecological themes
 Visits to eco-incineration plants
 Creating school gardens with healthy foods
 Planting flowers and trees
 Making eco-friendly Christmas decorations
 Sports Day (with clothing made from recycled materials)
 An eco-fashion show
 Creating sports equipment from recycled materials
 "Second Life for Second-Hand Items" campaign
 SUP pilates sessions
 Collaboration with athletes
 "Healthy Body, Healthy Spirit" campaign
