Bridging Cultures and Careers: An Inspiring Visit to Klopotek Software & Technology Services Italy from Erasmus Students On March 12, 2025, we had the pleasure of welcoming delegations from IISS ‘Licei Canudo-Marone-ITI Galilei’ in Gioia del Colle, Italy, @canudo_marone_galilei 👉 https://www.canudo.edu.it/ and ‘Zespół Szkół Ekonomicznych im. Stanisława Staszica’ in Słupsk, Poland, 👉 https://ekonomik.slupsk.pl/ to our office in Gioia del Colle ( #bari region, Italy). These students are part of the Erasmus KA210-VET Project - ‘Youth at the Start: 5 Effective Steps to Students' Professional Success,’ aimed at enhancing education in secondary schools. The project focuses on developing students' interpersonal skills (such as communication, creativity, stress resistance & resilience, teamwork, and independence) and enhancing their professional abilities (including self-presentation, foreign language proficiency, digital skills, and knowledge about employees' rights). Additionally, it seeks to boost the motivation of the students to pursue a profession and plan their careers. By immersing themselves in the host country's culture and engaging with professionals, company organizations, and employers, students gain valuable insights into the professional preparation and skills required for success. This visit was a great growth experience for all involved, enriching both our professional and personal knowledge.
