We are delighted to introduce Izabela Markowicz, who joins our team as a Teaching Assistant.

Izabela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, specialising in Social and Educational Support for Children and Families. With several years of experience in education and child support across both preschool and primary settings, she brings a strong understanding of child development, learning and family support.

We are delighted to welcome Izabela to our team and look forward to the care, experience and support she will bring to our students. 🌟

Meet Elżbieta Buczyńska, our Vice Principal and Admissions Manager. With extensive experience in teaching, and educational management , Elżbieta brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our school community. 📚

Passionate about languages and learning, she is inspired by seeing students grow in confidence and achieve their goals. She believes that education is a journey of lifelong learning, curiosity and discovering new perspectives. 🌍✨

🌍RZESZÓW CITY LEADERSHIP JOINS IPS FOR A LANDMARK OPEN DAY 🌍

Our Media Open Day brought together city leadership, local media and our school community to experience what makes our approach different: full English immersion, an international perspective and learning that extends far beyond the classroom.

We were delighted to welcome Krystyna Stachowska, Vice President of Rzeszów; Maciej Ulita, Vice President of Rzeszów; Kamil Czyż, Director of the Department of City Branding, Economic Cooperation and Tourism; and Krystian Przełożny, Head of Division in the Department of Education in Rzeszów.

Thank you for being part of the IPS Experience.

And to the media who joined us, thank you for taking the time to discover our vision and help introduce it to the wider Rzeszów community.

Katarzyna Migut is an experienced international teacher with over a decade of experience inspiring children through creativity and artistic expression.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies, a Master of Arts in Art History and postgraduate studies in Education Management, they bring a rich blend of academic knowledge and classroom experience to IPS Playschool Rzeszów.

Learning a language sticks best when it feels like a discovery rather than a lesson, and that is the spirit she brings into the classroom.

With experience in primary and language education, she is dedicated to supporting young learners' academic and emotional development at every step.

Magdalena is committed to creating engaging, nurturing lessons where pupils feel confident finding their voice, in Polish and beyond.

Meet the Team: Zuzanna Sierżęga, School Psychologist! 👋

Behind every confident, curious student is often someone quietly making sure they feel safe enough to be that way, and for our students, that person is Zuzanna Sierżęga.

She specialises in preschool and school support, drawing on a strong background in Psychology alongside her work as a Social Skills Training (SST) Trainer. Her experience spans both psychological and psychiatric settings, giving her a well rounded understanding of student's needs.

She is passionate about student's emotional wellbeing, and works to make our school a place where every student feels genuinely safe, included and ready to thrive.

Meet the Team: Marlena Kremer, IPS Homeroom
Teacher!👋

For our youngest learners, having someone warm, patient, and truly present in the classroom makes all the difference, and that’s exactly what Marlana brings every day.

She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has hands-on experience in inclusive kindergarten settings, supporting young children’s learning across both local and international educational environments.

Her approach is all about creating a classroom where every child feels safe to explore, ask questions, and grow at their own pace.

Meet Konrad Chmiel, our PE Teacher at IPS Rzeszów! ⚽

With qualifications in Physical Education, football coaching, and youth athletic development, Konrad brings hands-on experience teaching PE and coaching young athletes to reach their full potential. When he’s not on the field, you’ll find him enjoying just about every sport there is!
