As I navigate the difficult energies within and without (you may feel them too this week), I’d like to remind myself (and you!) that magical moments exist in our everyday life. And you never know when and how such a moment falls down upon you with all its love and grace 🕊️ Perhaps you overlooked one today? In your walking, breathing, meeting people, rushing, staying in silence and solitude, communing with nature and spirit, struggling and rejoicing in the mundane? I hope you catch as many of such magical, simple moments as you can 🙏

Take what you need from this sacred moment, a glimpse from something that comes, and there will be more.

POV: you grew up and became Snow White 🕊️✨ Singing to birds in nature, letting my voice flow as medicine. Soft frequencies to calm the nervous system and reconnect with peace 🌿🎶

Have you ever tried singing to/with birds or other animals? 😍

I highly recommend that! Natural kingdom is the best „audience” you can get ❤️🌷🎶 always present, always in deep listening, always grateful when given our attention and love 🙏

… and then the city responds to the university in a bit less „cultured” manner with drums and song and dance 😍✨🥳

1st May in Oxford starts very early! At 5:30 people are gathering on the main street to listen to choir singing from Magdalene College’s tower at 6:00… 🎶😍🌷

🧜🏻‍♀️ Even though my life was busy and I didn’t have time for mental contemplation of this particular Gene Key, few days ago I ended up singing to the circle of ancient stones in Avebury. So the Pirpos sung through me. And they answered the call. 🐉

195Hz. I share this frequency with you now, wishing you (re)discovering your own Voice and expressive creation. And if you’re ever near a big stone - just tone or sing to it! It answers back with resonance and also… it’s just fun to do such things! Highly recommend singing to stones and to trees! 🧚‍♀️
