📌 NARZĘDNIK (INSTRUMENTAL): When do we actually use it? 🤔🇵🇱

You probably already know how to change the endings, but the real question is: when should you actually use this case? It turns out Narzędnik is full of surprises and goes way beyond just saying "with whom"! Let’s look at the rules 👇🏻

🔵 WHO & WHAT ((z) kim? (z) czym?):
We use it to talk about people or objects we do things with, to define who we are (professions/nationalities), or when using transport and driving.
👉🏻 Idę na spacer z psem 🐕 / Jestem nauczycielem 👨‍🏫 / Jadę samochodem 🚗
👉🏻 Typical verbs: interesować się, być, zostać, kierować, jechać

🟢 WHICH WAY? (którędy?):
Surprise! We use the Instrumental without any preposition when describing a path, space, or a route we move through. Look for:
👉🏻 lasem (through the forest 🌲), parkiem (through the park 🌳), autostradą (via highway 🛣️)

🟠 WHEN? (kiedy?):
We also use it for specific times of the day or seasons to show when something happens. Look for words like:
👉🏻 wieczorem 🌙, późnym popołudniem 🌇, latem ☀️, jesienią 🍂

🔴 POWERFUL PREPOSITIONS:
Whenever you see these spatial prepositions to describe where something is located, Narzędnik is always there to help:
👉🏻 z (with), pod (under), nad (above/by the water), przed (in front of), za (behind), między (between)

👀 Now your turn!
Let’s practice! Can you answer these questions using Narzędnik?
1️⃣ Czym się interesujesz?
2️⃣ Którędy chodzisz do pracy?

😊😔 How are you feeling today? Sometimes a simple "dobrze" or "źle" isn't enough to describe what's going on in your heart! 😠😮

In this week’s 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘄𝗼 series, we’re focusing on emocje (emotions) — the essential adjectives you need to express your mood and share how your day is going 🌈✨

💡 Quick grammar tip: When talking about your mood in Polish, use the verb być (to be) + adjective in the correct grammatical gender!
For example:
🙋‍♀️ Jestem smutna (if you are female)
🙋‍♂️ Jestem smutny (if you are male)

💬 Jak się dzisiaj czujesz? (How do you feel today?) Let us know in the comments — po polsku, of course! 😉
