Szkolenia AIDA 2 na Koparkach w Jaworznie już za nami! 💙🌊
To były dwa intensywne weekendy pełne nauki, pierwszych głębokości, pracy nad wyrównywaniem ciśnienia, ćwiczeń ratowniczych i... ogromnej dawki śmiechu. Jak zawsze przekonaliśmy się, że w freedivingu liczą się nie tylko metry, ale przede wszystkim cierpliwość, wytrwałość i wzajemne wsparcie. Trafiły nam się fantastycznie zgrane grupy. Wspólne nurkowania, rozmowy przy herbatce, mnóstwo dobrego humoru i wspomnienia, które zostaną z nami na długo. Niektórym było nawet szkoda kończyć dzień i wybrali nocleg w hamaku pod gwiazdami – pełen szacunek za hart ducha! 🏕️🌙
Ogromne gratulacje dla wszystkich uczestników za ukończenie szkolenia AIDA 2! Każdy z Was wykonał kawał świetnej pracy i zrobił kolejny krok w swojej freedivingowej przygodzie. Niezależnie od liczby zanurkowanych metrów, najważniejsze jest zdobyte doświadczenie, wiedza i umiejętność bezpiecznego nurkowania z partnerem.
Ogromne podziękowania również dla Filipa świeżo upieczonego Master Freedivera, który oficjalnie asystował podczas zajęć na wodach otwartych - wspaniały krok do zdobywania doświadczenia jako przyszły instruktor freedivingu.
Dziękujemy za zaufanie, świetną atmosferę i wspólnie spędzony czas. Życzymy Wam wielu pięknych nurkowań, spokojnej głowy, cierpliwości w dalszych treningach i przede wszystkim - zawsze bezpiecznych powrotów na powierzchnię.

Our July AIDA 2 courses at Koparki in Jaworzno are now behind us! 💙🌊
These were two intensive weekends filled with learning, first dives to depth, equalization practice, rescue exercises and... plenty of laughter. As always, we were reminded that in freediving it’s not just about the meters you dive, but above all about patience, perseverance and supporting one another.
We were lucky to have fantastic groups with great team spirit. Shared dives, conversations over tea, lots of good humor and memories that will stay with us for a long time. Some participants didn’t even want the day to end and chose to spend the night in hammocks under the stars - huge respect for your adventurous spirit! 🏕️🌙
A huge congratulations to everyone who successfully completed the AIDA 2 course! Every one of you put in an incredible amount of effort and took another important step on your freediving journey. No matter how many meters you reached, what truly matters is the experience, knowledge and skills you’ve gained to dive safely with a buddy.
A special thank you also goes to Filip, our newly certified Master Freediver, who officially assisted during the open water sessions. It’s a fantastic milestone on his path toward gaining experience as a future freediving instructor.
Thank you all for your trust, your amazing attitude and the wonderful time we shared together. We wish you many beautiful dives, calm minds, patience in your future training and above all - safe returns to the surface, every single time. See you in the water! 🐋💙
