DAY-6 OF ONE-WEEK TRAINING ON LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT WITH FOCUS ON PERSONAL WELLBEING FOR SENIOR CIVIL JUDGES / AALA ILAQA QAZIS
PESHAWAR (July 18, 2026): The "One-Week Training on Leadership & Management with Focus on Personal Wellbeing" reached its successful conclusion today. The final day of this graded program commenced with a specialized session on "Stress Management" led by Brig. Dr. Mowadat Hussain Rana, which provided the 17 participating Senior Civil Judges/Aala Ilaqa Qazis evidence-based techniques for self-regulation and psychological resilience. Following this, the participants underwent a comprehensive Post-Training & Assessment Test, consisting of multiple-choice and problem-solving questions covering all thematic modules taught during the week, in accordance with the KPJA Assessment Policy. DG KPJA presented a souvenir to Brig. Dr. Mowadat Hussain Rana.
The Concluding Ceremony was chaired by the Director General of the Academy, Mr. Jehanzeb Shinwari, and attended by all Directors of the Academy. In his closing address, the Director General commended the participants for their active engagement and professional conduct throughout the week. He emphasized that the program was designed to equip them with the comprehensive leadership and strategic insight required for their multidimensional roles as adjudicators, administrators, and financial stewards. He expressed confidence that the integration of digital competence, emotional intelligence, and wellbeing practices would significantly enhance institutional performance across the district judiciary. Mr. Mazhar Hussain, Class Representative appreciated the Academy for arranging such valuable training.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of certificates. This initiative, implemented under the framework of the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan (LJCP), reaffirms the Academy's commitment to nurturing judicial leaders who serve the constitution with clarity, compassion, and institutional wisdom. Following the conferment of certificates and a farewell lunch, the participants departed for their respective stations, prepared to implement modern management and leadership principles in their courts.
