Celebrating 79 Years of Freedom! 🇵🇰✨
On the eve of our 79th Independence Day, a flag hoisting ceremony was held at Frontier Medical & Dental College, Abbottabad.

The ceremony was followed by a Plantation Drive, inaugurated by our respected Chairperson Col (R) Dr. Shahina Jamil Khan.
The event began with a tree planted by the Chairperson, followed by enthusiastic participation from our students.

May our flag fly high and our nation grow greener, stronger, and more united.

📢 Academic Council Meeting – Aug 12, 2026

Today at 11:30 AM, all HODs (Basic & Clinical) came together for a productive session. We're happy to share that key approvals were made to strengthen our MBBS program:

✅ Mid‑session curricular review
✅ Finalized TORs for some committees
✅ Restructured Module Planning Committee

These steps will enhance our modular systems and academic delivery. Implementation guidelines will be shared with faculty soon.

Chaired by our respected Rector, Vice Admiral Abid Hameed HI(M), a pivotal presentation on the "Transition from Conventional to Computer-Based Exams (CBE) System & Quality MCQs in Data Bank" was held today.
The Controller of Examinations, BU, led the presentation on replacing traditional pen-paper exams with CBE and establishing a centralized MCQ Data Bank. The discussions saw strong collaborative input from the Director of Frontier Medical College (FMDC) as well as delegates from Bahria University’s Constituent Colleges in Karachi and Islamabad.
A unified effort to bring academic excellence to every corner of the Bahria network!
