عَنْ عُثْمَانَ رضی الله عنه، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلی الله عليه وآله وسلم قَالَ : خَيْرُکُم مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.

وفي رواية : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلی الله عليه وآله وسلم : إِنَّ أَفْضَلَکُمْ مَنْ تَعَلَّمَ الْقُرآنَ وَعَلَّمَهُ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ.

أخرجه البخاري في الصحيح، کتاب فضائل القرآن، باب خير کم من تعلم القرآن وعلمه، 4 / 1919، الرقم : 4739- 4740.

وَ اِذَا قُرِیٴَ الۡقُرۡاٰنُ فَاسۡتَمِعُوۡا لَہٗ وَ اَنۡصِتُوۡا لَعَلَّکُمۡ تُرۡحَمُوۡنَ ﴿۲۰۴﴾

Recited, listen to it attentively, and observe silence so that mercy may be bestowed upon you.
(al-A‘raf, 7 : 204)

اور جب قرآن پڑھا جائے تو اسے توجہ سے سنا کرو اور خاموش رہا کرو تاکہ تم پر رحم کیا جائے

(1) Hazrat Abu Huraira (R.A.) narrated that the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.) said: “Whoever taught his child to read the Qur’an in this world, that person will be crowned with a crown in Paradise on the Day of Resurrection. The people of Jannah will know that this person educated his son in this world.

(۱) حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ حضورِ پاکﷺ نے فرمایا : ''جس شخص نے دنیا میں اپنے بچے کو قرآن پڑھنا سکھایا، تو بروزِ قیامت جنت میں اس شخص کو ایک تاج پہنایا جائے گا جس کی بناء پر اہل جنت جان لیں گے کہ اس شخص نے دنیا میں اپنے بیٹے کو تعلیم دلوائی تھی۔'' *(المعجم الاوسط،الحدیث۹۶،ج۱،ص۴۰)* (۲) ...
