بہت ہوئی نوکری۔ ہر ٹیک سے جڑا انسان یہ ہی سوچ رکھتا ہے کہ ایک دن اپنا سوفٹ وئیر ہاوس کھولوں گا اور بس سیکھنے کی لگن میں لگا رہتا ہے۔ لیکن اس جدید دور میں جب دنیا ایک پلکھ کے جھپکنے سے اتنی دور نکل جاتی ہے انسان سیکھنے کی دوڑ میں لگا رہتا ہے۔ اصل میں صحیح وقت کبھی آتا ہی نہیں اور نہ ملتا ہے۔ بلکہ نکالنا پڑتا ہے جیسے صلاجیت پہاڑوں کی چوٹیوں سے جاکر نکالنی پڑتی ہے۔

تحریر نمبر 2:
منہاج یونیورسٹی میں دو سال مکمل ہوئے اور 2026 آپہنچا۔ یہ تعلیم آسان نہ تھی کیونکہ ایک اچھی تنخواہ کو چھوڑ چکا تھا اور تعلیم کی وجہ سے کہیں جاب کا سین بھی نہیں بن پارہا تھا۔ اس دوران دوستوں نے بہت ساتھ دیا اور صحیح معنوں میں پتہ چلا کہ کون اپنا ہے اور کون صرف وقتی۔ لہذا Feb 2026 میں Numrexسے کال موصول ہوئی اور انٹرویو کے لیے گیا توTeams پر آنلائن انٹرویودیا۔ یہ جاب Power Platform سے متعلق تھی اور مجھے کچھ خاص اندازہ نہ تھا۔ جبکہ کیرئیر کا آغاز Microsoft سے ہی ہوا تھا۔ لیکن یہ Tools کچھ نئی تھی۔ میں نے فیصلہ کیا کہ اس کو سیکھتے ہے تو میں نے باقاعدہ آغاز کردیا اور تین ماہ بھرپور توجہ سے سیکھا اور CEO کی جانب سے مکمل سپورٹ تھی کیونکہ وہ خود UK مقیم ہے۔
لیکن آفس انوائرمنٹ بہت فرینڈلی نہ تھا۔ گھٹن تھی اور بات نہ کرنے کی اجازت اور سب سے بُری چیز کہ اگر ان کی نظروں میں کچھ غلط کیا تو ایک کمرے کے آفس میں سب کے سامنے آپکی تذلیل تو یہ ماحول دیکھ کر دُکھ ہوتا تھا۔

کا اچھے طریقے سے ہنر موجود ہے تو فیصلہ کیا کہ کیوں نہ اتنے ہنر کے ساتھ اپنی سروسز کا آغاز کیا جائے اور ساتھ میں اپنے ڈومیسٹک ٹوور کے کاروبار جو کہ 2019 میں شروع کیا تھا اس کو دوبارہ ایکٹو کرے اور بظاہر کسی کی نوکری کرنے سے اچھا سے ان تمام سکلز کو اپنے کاروبار میں استعمال کرے۔
ابھی میں اس امید سے شروع کر چکا ہوں کہ میرے رب کی ذات اپنا کرم کرے گی اور مجھے میرے کاروبار میں برکت ملے گی۔ میری کہانی شئیر کرنے کا مقصد یہ تھا کہ بتایا جائے کہ سب کچھ سیکھنا اور ان سب چیزوں کہ صحیح وقت میں اور صحیح جگہ استعمال کرنے میں فرق ہے۔ دنیا ایک دوڑ کی طرح ہے اور یہ مسلسل جاری رہے گی۔

آج سے ایک نئے سفر کا آغاز کر چکا ہوں۔ ایک ایسا سفر جس کی خواہش تھی اورامید ہے اللہ ضرور کامیاب کرے گا۔ میں نے اپنا سفر کا آغاز 2010 کے قریب کیا جب میں سکول جاتا تھا اور تین ماہ گرمیوں کی چھٹیوں پر تین کلومیٹر دور ایک والد کے دوست کی دُکان پر کمپیوٹر سیکھنے چلا گیا۔ اس وقت کچھ اندازہ نہ تھا کیبورڈ اور ماوز کیا چیز ہے۔

سیکھنے کا سفر شروع ہوا تو دن کا آغاز 8 بجے ہوتا تھا گھر سے پیدل جانا اور راستے میں استاد کے گھر سے دُکان کی چابیاں لینی اور پہنچ جانا دُکان پر، جھاڑو دینا اور ڈسٹنگ کر کے جگہ کو تیار کر دینا۔ 9 بجے کے قریب استاد جی آتے تھے اور میں ان کی کرسی کے پیچھے کھڑا دیکھ رہا ہوتا تھا اور جب بھی گاہکوں کا رش کم ہوتا میں فورا سے سیٹ سنبھالتا اور پریکٹس شروع کر دیتا۔ دو ماہ میں الحمد للہ میری ٹائپنگ سپیڈ 70-80 کے قریب پہنچ گئی اور اس میں اردو میں شامل تھی۔ میری اردو اور انگلش میں اچھی سپپیڈ ہوگئی۔

میں نے پرنٹنگ کا کام سیکھا اور پھر موقع ملا جب استاد شہر سے باہر اپنے آبائی گھر گیا تو مجھے بہت سا ٹیکنیکل کام کرنے کو ملا۔ میں انپیج اور ایم ایس آفس کو اچھے اور ٹیکنیکل طریقے سے چلانا سیکھ گیا۔ پھر 2016 تک اسی کام میں رہا اور ساتھ تعلیم بھی جاری رہی۔ پھر اندازہ ہوا کہ دنیا میں اور کیا ہورہا ہے تو بل بورڈ دیکھے تو تجسس ہوا یہ کیسے بنتے ہیں پھر گرافک ڈیزائن کا پتہ چلا۔ اس وقت میں واپڈا ٹاون لاہور کے قریب ایک دُکان پر کام کر رہا تھا۔

میں صبح ایک گھنٹہ GFX Mentor سے سیکھتا پھر اچانک ایک دن Lala Textile سے کال موصول ہوئی کہ انٹرویو کے لیے آجاو۔ مجھے ابھی دفتر کا اندازہ نہ تھا تو میں پہنچ گیا۔ سارا انٹرویو انگلش میں تھا اور مجھے کچھ اندازہ نہ تھا بس اللہ اللہ جتنی آتی تھی بولتا رہا۔ آخر نوکری پکی ہوئی۔ مینیجر صاحب جلد چھوڑ گئے اور ذمہ داری میرے پر آگئی پھر ایک اور مینیجر ہائر ہوا جو کہ رات کو کام کرتا تھا اور دن میں دفتر نہ آتا تھا۔ میں اس وقت ڈرا ہوا تھا اور اپنی گریجوئشن کے امتحان کی وجہ سے دفتر کچھ چھٹیاں چاہتا تھا جس کی وجہ سے مینیجر سے بہت ڈرا دیا تو میں نے تنخواہ لی اور ریزائن دے دیا اور پھر ڈر سے موبائل بھی آف کردیا۔ جبکہ ٹیکسٹائل کے مالک دانش لالہ ایک نفیس انسان تھے جن سے میں اس وقت بات نہ کر سکا۔

بہرحال پھر مجھے Ivoke Digital Agency سے کال موصول ہوئی اور میں نے وہاں باقاعدہ گرافک ڈیزائنر کی نوکری شروع کردی۔ شروع میں ڈرے اور سہمے رہنا اور بس ایک ہی مشن ہوتا تھا کہ کسی طرح جو کام دیا گیا اس کو اچھے سے مکمل کرلے۔ بہت سے برینڈز پر کام کرنے کا موقع ملا جن میں Kale Pakistan, Super Asia, Bunnys, Hico Ice Cream, Bravo Cookware, Al Jalil Garden, اور بھی بہت سے نامور برینڈز پر کام کیا۔

پھر کچھ وجوہات کی بنا پر یہ ایجنسی بند ہوئی تو موجودہ مالک عظیم راشد صاحب نے بہت اچھے طریقے سے رخصت کیا۔ اس کے بعد نوکری نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے کچھ ڈپریشن بھی آیا۔ پھر اللہ کی طرف سے Enablers کی طرف سے کال موصول ہوئی انٹرویو دیا اور نوکری پکی ہوگئی۔ کام بہت اچھے سے آتا تھا اور یہاں پانچ سال کی مدت تک کام کیا جہاں آخری عہدہ Lead Manager تھا۔ 2023 میں سوچا کہ آفتاب صاحب کچھ نیا کرتے ہے اور تب AI بہت سننے کو مل رہا تھا ChatGPT کی وجہ سے اور ایک معزز دوست کے مشورے سے منہاج یونیورسٹی میں April 2024 میں ADP AI میں داخلہ لے لیا اور پڑھائی کا آغاز کیا۔ یہاں بہت کچھ سیکھنے کو ملا اور سیکھانے کو بھی کیونکہ بہت سا شعور پہلے سے تھا۔

I’m excited to share a look at my latest project: an Agentic Resume Screening Dashboard designed to bridge the gap between massive applicant pools and the perfect hire.

Building this system allowed me to dive deep into how autonomous agents can handle complex, multi-step workflows. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:

🔍 𝐇𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: It starts by analyzing Job Descriptions against resumes, filtering by specific skill/experience keywords to ensure technical alignment.
💬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐨-𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭:I’ve integrated a custom AI Chatbot that allows recruiters to "interrogate" the data. You can ask, "Who is best for Django?" and get instant, reasoned answers.
🧠 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: Using ChromaDB for vector embeddings, the system doesn't just look for word matches; it understands the meaning behind skills. Finding a "Frontend Expert" will surface "React Developers" even if the exact phrase isn't there.
📊 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: With a dedicated screening history and real-time "Latest Results" feed, the dashboard provides a seamless end-to-end audit trail for hiring teams.

𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝟎 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐲. 𝐒𝐨 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞? 🤯

It’s the biggest paradox in AI.

When you chat with a model, it feels like you're talking to someone with a sharp memory. But technically? It’s stateless. Every time you hit "Enter," the AI "wakes up" with total amnesia.

So, how does it know what you said 2 minutes ago?

It’s not memory. It’s Context. 🧵
1️⃣ The "Parametric" Knowledge (The Library): Think of the training phase as the AI reading the entire internet. This knowledge is "baked" into its weights (parameters). It doesn't "remember" a specific book; it just knows the patterns of how words follow each other.

2️⃣ The "Context Window" (The Notepad): This is the secret sauce. When you send a new message, the system secretly attaches your entire previous conversation to it. To the AI, it’s not "remembering"—it’s just reading one very long prompt that includes everything you've already said.

3️⃣ RAG & Vector Databases (The External Hard Drive): For massive amounts of data, we use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The AI looks up relevant facts from an external database and "pastes" them into the conversation so it can "know" them for that specific moment.

The takeaway? AI doesn't "know" things like we do. It "calculates" the most likely next word based on the text right in front of its eyes.

I’m currently diving deep into these architectures while learning AI. It’s fascinating to see how "intelligence" can be engineered without a soul—or even a memory card.
