Kashan Aijaz is a dedicated Junior Elementary School Teacher (JEST) serving under the School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh. He holds a Bachelorβs degree in Physics and currently lives in Tandojam, Hyderabad.
As an educator, he believes that teaching is not only about delivering lessons but about helping students truly understand concepts. He focuses on making physics simple, engaging, and practical, so students can develop genuine interest in learning.
Beyond the classroom, he runs an educational YouTube channel (K Academy X) where he shares learning content. What makes his work unique is that he uses the income from the channel to support children in rural Sindh.
He also provides free tuition to students from Class 1 to 8 in government schools, helping children continue their education without financial barriers.
His dedication to innovative teaching has been recognized at the provincial level. In both 2024 and 2025, he was selected among the Top 30 teachers in Sindh in the STEDA Best Teaching Practice Competition (BTPC), highlighting his commitment to improving education.
