Oath-Taking Ceremony & Sashes Distribution

Today, our school proudly held the Oath-Taking Ceremony and Sashes Distribution for the newly elected members of the Proctorial Board 2026.

Sir Hanif Ul Islam administered the oath to the newly elected students, reminding them of their responsibility to serve the school with honesty, discipline, and commitment. After the oath, the students were honoured with sashes, marking the beginning of their leadership journey.

The ceremony was simple yet meaningful, inspiring confidence and a strong sense of responsibility among our young leaders. It was a proud moment for the school and a valuable lesson in leadership and character for all students.

Proctorial Board Election 2026 – Result Day

We proudly announced the results of the Proctorial Board Election 2026. The result day was marked not only by the announcement of winners but also by a beautiful display of sportsmanship and maturity. The losing candidates gracefully accepted the outcome by shaking hands and hugging the winners, congratulating them with respect and dignity.

This meaningful moment taught students that true leadership is shown not only in winning but also in accepting defeat with grace. The activity helped strengthen values of respect, unity, responsibility, and democratic behavior among students.

We appreciate all candidates for their confidence and participation and congratulate the elected members. The election process proved to be a valuable learning experience for every student involved.

The Proctorial Board Election was successfully held last year, and it produced excellent results by developing leadership skills, confidence, discipline, and a sense of responsibility among students.

Encouraged by the positive impact and active student participation, the school has decided to hold the Proctorial Board Election again this year.

As a primary school teacher at GPS Habib Badshah Killi, I believe that even in resource-constrained settings, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is not only possible but essential. Our students come from humble backgrounds, yet they carry immense potential to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

We implement ESD through simple, practical activities such as reusing classroom materials, planting trees in the schoolyard, and encouraging mindful water use. Storytelling and open discussions also help students build awareness, empathy, and responsibility toward their environment.

Sustainability in education does not require advanced technology or expensive resources. It begins with a mindset rooted in care, awareness, and action. Even the smallest efforts in the classroom can spark lifelong habits of sustainability.
