KMU IHS Swabi

KMU IHS Swabi successfully celebrated the orientation day for fresher students enrolled in session 2024 on Tuesday 16 Januarary 2024. The ceremony aimed is to provide essential information and introduce students to the academic and social aspects of their journey at IHS Swabi.
The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by the presentation of coordinator KMU IHS Swabi Arshad Ahmad in which he warmly welcomed everyone, and give overview of the institution's values and mission. He also introduce the faculty, examination process and extracurricular activities.
After that a brief presentation by faculty member of each department( Anesthesia, Cardiology,Dental,Health,DPT,Nursing,Surgical,Radiology,Mlt,Optometry) address enlightened students about the exciting aspects of their chosen field, sparking curiosity and interest. The lively Q&A session allowed students to voice their queries, providing clarity on academic expectations and campus life.
A guided campus tour provided the newcomers with a firsthand look at the university's state-of-the lab facilities, classrooms, libraries, and computer lab.
At the end Director of KMU IHS Swabi Dr Zia Farooqi shared their experiences and wisdom, motivating the fresher’s to embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with university life
