Why I Started OpenBalti

As a self-taught developer, I've built websites, learned new technologies, and solved technical problems.

But one project feels different.

OpenBalti wasn't created to chase trends or build another portfolio project. It was created to help preserve the Balti language and make it more accessible in the digital age.

Many languages have extensive online resources. Balti has far fewer.

That's why I started building OpenBalti a platform where people can learn, contribute, and help preserve our linguistic heritage.

Technology has the power to connect people, but it can also help preserve culture.

I'm excited to continue building and improving OpenBalti with the support of the community.
