سر سید پبلک اسکول سندوس، سکردو کا قیام بلتستان کی ممتاز اور باوقار شخصیات کی مشترکہ کاوشوں کا نتیجہ ہے۔ ان معزز شخصیات میں نامور محقق و ادیب جناب حسن حسرت صاحب، معروف کاروباری شخصیت حاجی محسن صاحب، حاجی جعفر صاحب، حاجی بشیر صاحب اور جناب علی محمد سکندر صاحب شامل ہیں، جنہوں نے ادارے کی بنیاد رکھنے اور اسے ترقی کی راہ پر گامزن کرنے میں اہم کردار ادا کیا۔
