UPS Nar by the CE team, with the participation of Professional Development Facilitators (PDFs) for English, Science, and ECD, along with the Regional Director. The purpose of the visit was to closely observe classroom teaching practices and assess overall classroom management.
During the visit, comprehensive observations were made in different classes to understand teaching methods, student engagement, and the learning environment.
After the observation, subject-specific professional development sessions were organized for the teachers. In these sessions, teachers were provided practical guidance on effective teaching strategies, improved lesson planning, and the use of modern teaching methodologies. The sessions aimed to strengthen teachers’ professional capacity and enhance the quality of classroom instruction.

An important and productive meeting was held today under the esteemed chairmanship of the USWA Regional Director, Sir Muhammad Ishaq Sahib, along with the Principals. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss significant matters related to the improvement of educational standards, school administration, discipline, and future development plans of the institution.

During the meeting, various important issues were discussed in detail, including academic excellence, effective management strategies, student discipline, teacher performance, and the implementation of modern educational approaches. Special emphasis was placed on creating a positive learning environment and ensuring quality education for all students.

Sir Muhammad Ishaq Sahib appreciated the efforts of the Principals and staff members and encouraged them to continue working with dedication, professionalism, and unity for the betterment of the institution. Valuable suggestions and future recommendations were also shared to further strengthen the educational system and overall performance of the schools.

The meeting concluded successfully with a shared commitment to achieving educational excellence and working collectively for the bright future of the students and the institution.
