Meditation helped us calm our minds, relax our bodies, and reflect on ourselves.
A simple pause to notice our thoughts, our habits, and how we treat ourselves and others.
Not perfect, just a real little step toward peace of mind. 🌿

CEO Mansalwa Jatoi and President Deepa Narwani presented the shield to speaker Raj Asnani as a token of appreciation. Ajrak was presented by the Director of Spectrum Institute of Information Technology Sir Zulfiqar.

Qazi Ahmed Girls Ithad successfully organized a one-day session on Mental Health and Art of Saying No on 7 Feb at Spectrum Institute of Information Technology Qazi Ahmed. 40+ females from different age groups participated in this session. The purpose of this session was taking a moment for ourselves and talking about ourselves, how we can change our mind, how we can see ourselves happy and how we can behave with ourselves and others.

We are especially thankful to our speaker Raj Asnani for giving us time and conducting a session in our city with young girls, Thank you everyone for participating.

Today, Qazi Ahmed Girls Ithad received the shield of appreciation from Peaceful Supporting Hands and Sindh Graduate Association. It was an honor moment for our organization to receive the award at such level.

The program was on Mental Health Session and Distribution of shields who cleared the Commission paper and worked for the community and society in Qazi Ahmed.

The event started with the recitation of the Quran then the welcome speech was delivered by President of Qazi Ahmed Girls Ithad Deepa Narwani. Dr Fahad gave the session on Mental Health and did the Q&A with the audience. In the end Ramzan Lashari concluded the session.

قاضي احمد گرلس اتحاد جي ٽيم ٽيون قاضي احمد ڪتابي ميلو وزٽ ڪيو. انتهائي خوشي جي ڳالھ آھي ته اسان جي شهر ۾ اھڙا ميلا لڳن ٿا ۽ شعور پيدا ٿئي ٿو. ڪتابن سان محبت جيتري اسان کي ھوندي ايترو اسان اڳتي وڌنداسين. ڪتاب اسان کي جھالت کان شعور جي طرف وٺي وڃي ٿو. جس لھن سر رمضان لاشاري، قاضي احمد شاگرد فاؤنڊيشن ۽ سگا شاخ قاضي احمد جنھن ھي خوبصورت ميلو لڳايو. اھڙا ميلا لڳندا رھن جيئن شاگرد، شاگردياڻيون، ۽ نوجوان پنھنجي من پسند جا ڪتاب وٺي ڪري ڄاڻ حاصل ڪن. مهرباني سائين رمضان لاشاري جي جنھن اسان کي دعوت ڏني.

Qazi Ahmed Girls Ithad today visited the Qazi Ahmed Book Fair organized by Peaceful hands, Qazi Ahmed Shahgird Foundation and Sagha Shak Qazi Ahmed. It is a great initiative to organize such fairs for the students and people to get educated, and spread positive thoughts around the city. We are thankful to Peaceful hands CEO Sir Ramzan Lashari for inviting us. We hope this little initiative can change the impact on our journey. We want to see such events more in future as we can do better for our society
