Linguistic Academy

Hello everyone!
Being an educationist and working in this field for the last few years, I have been noticing some major drawbacks of our educational system especially at the basic level. The unnecessarily lengthy syllabus and the primary focus on "cramming" rather than learning both actively and passively is making it a challenge for students below average and is making them suffer psychologically. Not only this, it is also rusting the capabilities of the students who are above average and can do a lot better and surely they do have the potential. Since I have also taught at international level therefore, while comparing the syllabus provided to Pakistani students, designed by our respected educationists, I always feel sorry for the poor souls whose future is getting on risk day by day. There is great deficiency of practical knowledge and the board system is turning out to be a huge failure. I want to start a reformation process just for awareness purposes, that can be applied if possible in future. Please, come up with your suggestions and valuable opinions as this is the matter of our future generations.
