Behind every diagnosis lies a unique human story - stories of grief, pain, healing, resilience, love, and more. That’s why a people-centred approach to cancer care that fully integrates each individual’s unique needs, with compassion and empathy, leads to the best health outcomes.  

This years World Cancer day theme is "United by Unique " Focusing on the promotion of individualized Care and treatment for the people suffering . The trauma and fear related to the illness put patients into so much pain that make the situation even worse .

The campaign will explore different dimensions of people-centred cancer care and new ways of creating a difference .

World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. This year’s theme set by the World Federation of Mental Health is workplace mental health. The theme highlights the importance of addressing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, for the benefit of people, organisations, and communities

On World Mental Health Day, let’s all come together to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters. Talking about our mental health can help us cope better with life’s ups and downs. So, on World Mental Health Day and beyond it, why not check in with your friends, family, peers, or colleagues?

The final-year students of BS Psychology at the University of Sialkot's Iqbal Campus successfully completed their viva on Human Resource Management (HRM), showcasing their comprehensive understanding of the subject. The evaluation was conducted by Ms. Zoofishan, HR Manager of Sundas Foundation Sialkot, who brought her industry expertise to assess the students' knowledge. The viva was a significant milestone, as it demonstrated the students' ability to apply psychological principles to real-world HRM practices. The students' reports were thoroughly evaluated, and a detailed discussion ensued in the conference room, highlighting their strengths and areas for improvement. Ms. Zoofishan appreciated the students' efforts and wished them luck in their future endeavors, acknowledging the significance of HRM in today's organizational landscape. This viva not only marked the culmination of their academic journey but also prepared them to excel in their professional careers, equipped with the knowledge and skills to manage human resources effectively.
