I would like to bring to the attention of our lawmakers the pressing concern that despite decades of independence, we continue to operate under borrowed laws that were originally crafted by the English. Regrettably, our parliamentarians have failed to enact laws that reflect our own choices and values. Instead of constructive legislation, we witness vacuous rhetoric and unbecoming behavior in the parliament, a revered institution of our nation. It is perplexing what tangible benefits we derive from our elected representatives, who seem to fall short of fulfilling the will of the people. The blame for this shortcoming lies with all of us, as we have not diligently and honestly played our part as loyal citizens. Nonetheless, I pledge to remain committed to my country and its people, just as I have throughout my life. During my tenure as a teacher, I strived to serve the nation to the best of my abilities. As a law student, I wish to share my expertise, emphasizing that mastering law requires extensive rigorous study to fulfill the professional standards expected of an advocate, rather than superficial learning. A lawyer consistently plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the law establishes boundaries between the nation and its citizens. If we as a nation aim to achieve our state goals, our representatives should establish standardized laws that apply equally to all, to be adjudicated in court. Creating disparate laws for the affluent and the impoverished will hinder our nation's ability to attain dignity among the global community.

Electronic surveillance is indispensable in securing evidence against those engaging in organized criminal activity such as gambling, loansharking, racketeering and drug trafficking.This article will focus on use of electronic surveillance as it relates to the investigation and prosecution of major drug -trafficking organizations , much of what will be discussed in applicable to other areas of criminal investigation as well.
The objectives of narcotics enforcement are to reach the highest possible sources of drug supplies and to seize the greatest possible quantity of illicit drugs before they reach in the streets
There is a dire need that there should be complaining witnesses and victims of the locality.The police or other responsible state institutions having power to investigate the narcotic cases should not manage the witnesses but they should mentally train the localities to help the enforcement officer of the police in collecting the evidence against the drug mafias , the enemies of the society specially of the youth.The law forcement officer should use such techniques to collect pieces of evidence in which seller and willing buyers of drugs should be roped .Buys evidence plays a vital role in the narcotics cases and make a strong case against the accused.

Being as an advocate practicing a lawyer in criminal cases specially In narcotics cases I found that in Sambrial, District Sialkot the investigation officer have a very mean knowledge for investigation.Even , here I am sorry to say they, the police officials i-e the complainant, the eye witnesses (the recovery witnesses) the investigation officer, the duty officer of police station and Moharrar of the police station are not aware of there responsibilities for proving the case in which they are entered as witnesses.The complainant and the other record of the case which are the documents prima facie seems to be week
........... Our investigation agencies should play the positive role during investigation.The investigation officer should keep in mind that no innocent should be roped in any way.

The fleeing -felon rule

This rule based on the defense of life by using deadly force against the fleeing felon .This rule was narrowed by the statute.The police can use a limited from against felonious and felonies i.e murder,rape , aggravated assault,arson and burglary.If some reasonable person quarrel on some matter for the defense of life the police can't use deadly force against them by applying the "fleeing -felon rule nor police can take defense of flee felon rule if the matter is inquired be high-ups against police lawlessness and abusiveness
This is infact the deprivation of common law ................... fleeing felon rule

Indecent exposure is misdemeanor (petty offense) like trespass, assault and battery but the law making institution can declare petty offences into felony and heinous according to the requirements and need of society. We as a nation still wearing the old and borrowed clothes of law gifted by the English society .
It has become the dire need of our society to frame law which is within the frame of Islamic Principles as enshrined by Islam Under the order of Allah Almighty and under the Supervisions Of Muhammad (SWA) and Muhammad 's Companions (Abubakar , Ummar , Usman and Ali (R.A) .
