🚨 SAUS STUDENTS UNION — SERIOUS CONCERNS OVER STUDENT PRIVACY, HARASSMENT & ADMINISTRATIVE MISUSE

The SAUS Students Union strongly raises serious concerns regarding Naeemullah Mahar, who is reportedly working as a clerk in the B.Ed Department despite questions about his official designation and authority.

According to complaints and evidence received by the Students Union, he has allegedly been personally contacting female students through calls and private messages, while also operating student communication groups. There are further allegations that students’ names, phone numbers, marksheets, notifications and other personal documents are being shared or provided privately, creating serious concerns regarding confidentiality and misuse of student information.

There are also concerns that he allegedly uses the name and influence of a former Syndicate member, while reportedly receiving support from certain university officials. These claims require a transparent and independent investigation rather than administrative protection.

Despite complaints and alleged evidence, he was reportedly transferred from the B.Ed Department to the Examination Branch. This raises an important question: If serious concerns exist about his handling of student information, why was he moved to a branch where he could potentially have access to records of students across the university?

We demand an impartial inquiry, protection of students—especially female students—and strict action if any allegations are proven. No employee should be allowed to misuse official access, student groups or confidential information.

Transfer is not accountability. Silence is not justice. Student privacy and safety must come first.

🚨 SAUS STUDENTS UNION — SHAME ON THE UNIVERSITY ADMINISTRATION 🚨

We strongly condemn the alleged victimisation of university employees in the interest-money and exploitation matter involving Professor Pirkash Lal. Today, Mithal Sanjrani has reportedly been targeted and removed. Reports suggest around 20 employees — both temporary and permanent — may be affected.

If allegations are against one person, why are the victims being punished instead? Instead of a transparent inquiry into Professor Pirkash Lal, employees are facing job loss, salary cuts, and retaliation. This is a shameful failure of the administration.

TO THE VC AND REGISTRAR:
We demand an immediate and impartial investigation, protection for Mithal Sanjrani and all affected employees, restoration of their rights, and no action against whistleblowers. SAUS Students Union stands with the employees, and we think you both are the partners of Pirkash lal and also purchase the employees Union that why they don't raise their voice.

We demand:
• An immediate and impartial investigation.

We strongly condemn the serious allegations raised against Professor Pirkash Lal of the BBA Department, Shaikh Ayaz University, Shikarpur.

According to complaints and information brought forward by affected individuals, there are allegations that Professor Pirkash Lal provides loans to lower-class university employees on interest and allegedly keeps their personal documents, checkbooks, service books, and valuables—including a gold ring—as security. It is further alleged that employees are later subjected to pressure, intimidation, and threats concerning their jobs and future.

There are also allegations that students are being given academic benefits in exchange for money, including claims of Rs. 3,000 for passing a student and Rs. 100 per day for attendance/class-related matters, as well as allegations concerning assignments and other academic requirements.

These are extremely serious allegations and must be investigated transparently. We are not asking anyone to be punished without due process; we demand that the competent authorities investigate the evidence, hear the affected employees and students, and take legal and departmental action if the allegations are proven.

Our Demands

1. Professor Pirkash Lal must be investigated through an impartial inquiry.

2. Any employee's checkbook, service book, personal documents, and gold ring or other valuables allegedly held as security must be returned immediately, subject to verification and applicable law.

3. The university should investigate all allegations involving money in exchange for passing students, attendance, and academic concessions.

4. Any employee or student facing threats or intimidation must be provided protection from retaliation.

5. The Vice Chancellor of Shaikh Ayaz University should ensure that no political or external influence prevents a fair investigation.

6. We also request the SSP Shikarpur and other competent authorities to examine any criminal allegations and take action according to law.

Teaching is a profession of knowledge, character, trust, and service. It is associated with respect and responsibility in our society. If anyone uses the teaching profession, university authority, or political influence for personal financial benefit or to intimidate vulnerable employees and students, such conduct must be investigated and stopped.

No political pressure. No favouritism. No exploitation.
We demand transparency, merit, justice, and accountability at Shaikh Ayaz University.

🚨 SAUS Students Union

We Strongly Condemn the Negligence of the Vice Chancellor and Administration, So Called 420 Mafia.

The SAUS Students Union strongly condemns the continued neglect of students' health and safety at Shaikh Ayaz University Shikarpur.

The ambulance displayed by the university raises serious concerns. From its visible condition, it appears to have been fitted with ordinary passenger seats rather than the standard equipment expected in an emergency ambulance. We call on the administration to explain whether it is fully equipped and fit for emergency medical use.

It is deeply concerning that students report there is no proper first-aid facility on campus, with no emergency medicines, bandages, or basic medical supplies readily available. If true, this is a serious failure to provide essential student welfare services.

We also demand a clear explanation regarding allegations that the university ambulance has been used for purposes other than student emergency services. The administration should publicly clarify how the vehicle is being used and ensure it remains dedicated to medical emergencies.

Furthermore, the SAUS Students Union states that whenever a male or female student faints due to extreme summer temperatures, ventilation issues, or requires urgent medical attention, the university has often failed to provide immediate emergency assistance. According to the Students Union's experience, cabinet members have repeatedly used their own personal vehicles to transport students to hospitals and have, on many occasions, paid hospital and emergency medical expenses from their own pockets. This situation is unacceptable for a public university that should have a functional ambulance and basic emergency medical facilities for its students.

Our Demands:

Immediate inspection of the university ambulance by an independent authority.

Availability of a fully equipped first-aid room with medicines, bandages, and emergency supplies.

Transparent disclosure of the ambulance's use and maintenance records.

Accountability from the Vice Chancellor and concerned officials if negligence is established.

Students deserve safety, dignity, and emergency medical facilities—not empty promises.

📢 OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM SAUS STUDENTS UNION
"Our University Is Being Looted Right Before Our Eyes."

We are releasing this statement with undeniable video evidence to expose the ongoing corruption, mismanagement, and intimidation tactics at our institution.
1. The "Renovation" Scam 🏗️
Our VC Naveed Ahmed Shaikh and his team, including G.M. Mangrio, are using C&S College as a money laundering project. They are inflating bills spending RS20,000 but billing RS60,000.
Why??? Because our own land lies unused at the Bypass. They are renovating only to create double and triple fake bills.

2. The Contractor Cartel 🛠️
Why are all laborers and contractors brought from G.M. Mangrio's village? Why is no one from Shikarpur involved?
The answer is simple: Fear of evidence. If local workers were hired, the truth would leak. By bringing outsiders, they control the narrative and hide the corruption.

3. Students Are Ignored 🚫
While they spend millions on fake bills, they refuse to spend on:
· Canteen shelters & fans Etc.
· RO water plants Or Water Dispenser.
· Basic chairs & furniture for Canteen Or Classrooms.
· Increase Parking and Increase transport
· Even first-aid kits! No Panadol, no bandages, no spirit. Shame on them.

4. The "Media" Shield 📰
Our VC has bought journalists and reporters. One known reporter is on his payroll—eating and drinking in the university 24/7 just to post paid propaganda and silence real voices.

5. Intimidation & Fear 🚨
Employees and students are being threatened with FIRs and false cases. We are being silenced by fear, but we will not bow. Your these 3 Outside Department will never be involved in the students cases understand this thing VC Sir.

🗣️ OUR DEMAND:
· Immediate forensic audit of all C&S College renovation funds.
· Stop outsourcing labor—employ local Shikarpur workers.
· Provide basic student facilities within 7 days.
· Remove the paid media agents from campus.

Strong Condemnation of the Violent Attack on Sindhi Students at Karachi University

The SAUS Students Union strongly condemns the violent attack on Sindhi students at Karachi University. According to reports, the incident involved individuals affiliated with Jamaat-e-Islami's student wing, leaving several students seriously injured.

The disturbing images of students with head injuries, blood-stained clothes, and hospitalization are deeply alarming. Educational institutions must remain places of learning, dialogue, and mutual respect—not violence and intimidation.

We Demand:

1. An immediate, impartial, and transparent investigation into the incident.

2. FIRs and legal action against all those found responsible in accordance with the law.

3. The best possible medical treatment for all injured students.

4. The Karachi University administration and the Government of Sindh must take immediate and effective measures to ensure the safety of all students and prevent political violence on university campuses.

The SAUS Students Union expresses full solidarity with the injured students and their families. We pray for the speedy and complete recovery of all those injured.

Violence has no place in educational institutions. Differences must be resolved through dialogue, not force. Those responsible must be held accountable under the law.

کراچی یونیورسٹی میں سندھی طلبہ پر تشدد کے واقعے کی شدید مذمت

ایس اے یو ایس اسٹوڈنٹس یونین کراچی یونیورسٹی میں سندھی طلبہ پر ہونے والے پرتشدد حملے کی شدید مذمت کرتی ہے۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق اس واقعے میں جماعت اسلامی کی طلبہ تنظیم سے وابستہ افراد ملوث تھے، جس کے نتیجے میں متعدد طلبہ زخمی ہوئے۔

زخمی طلبہ کی تصاویر، خون آلود کپڑے اور اسپتال میں زیر علاج نوجوان اس افسوسناک واقعے کی سنگینی کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں۔ جامعات تعلیم، برداشت اور مکالمے کے مراکز ہیں، جہاں تشدد اور خوف کی کوئی گنجائش نہیں۔

ہمارے مطالبات:

1. واقعے کی فوری، غیر جانبدارانہ اور شفاف تحقیقات کی جائیں۔

2. قانون کے مطابق تمام ذمہ دار افراد کے خلاف ایف آئی آر درج کرکے سخت قانونی کارروائی کی جائے۔

3. تمام زخمی طلبہ کو بہترین طبی سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں۔

4. کراچی یونیورسٹی انتظامیہ اور حکومتِ سندھ کیمپس میں تمام طلبہ کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنائیں اور سیاسی تشدد کے خاتمے کے لیے مؤثر اقدامات کریں۔

ایس اے یو ایس اسٹوڈنٹس یونین زخمی طلبہ اور ان کے اہل خانہ کے ساتھ مکمل یکجہتی کا اظہار کرتی ہے اور تمام زخمیوں کی جلد اور مکمل صحت یابی کے لیے دعا گو ہے۔

جامعات میں تشدد کی کوئی جگہ نہیں۔ اختلافات کا حل صرف مکالمے اور قانون کے دائرے میں ہونا چاہیے، اور ذمہ دار افراد کو قانون کے مطابق جوابدہ بنایا جائے۔

SAUS Students Union Statement

Today marks a significant victory for the students of The Shaikh Ayaz University. After continuous efforts, struggles, and raising our voices on every platform, the remaining five term-back students finally received their laptops under the Prime Minister's Youth Laptop Scheme.

The SAUS Students Union strongly advocated for these students by submitting written applications to the Vice Chancellor and other higher authorities and by lodging complaints with the Higher Education Commission (HEC). We remained committed to ensuring that these laptops reached their rightful recipients and did not become victims of corruption, favoritism, or any so-called "420 mafia" for personal use.

Today, justice has prevailed, and these deserving students have finally received what was rightfully theirs. This achievement proves that when students stand united and raise their voices for justice, positive change becomes possible.
