🕵️ THE CRYPTOQUEEN WHO VANISHED
In 2014, a woman called Ruja Ignatova became one of the most famous faces in the cryptocurrency world.
She called herself the “Cryptoqueen.”
Her company, OneCoin, was promoted as a revolutionary cryptocurrency that could challenge Bitcoin.
Millions of people around the world invested in it.
But there was a problem…
Investigators later alleged that OneCoin was a massive fraud scheme, with victims losing billions of dollars.
Then, in October 2017, everything changed.
Ruja Ignatova was facing criminal charges in the United States.
She travelled from Sofia, Bulgaria, to Athens, Greece.
And then…
SHE DISAPPEARED.
No confirmed public sighting has followed.
Years later, the mystery is still alive.
The FBI placed her on its Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list, and the U.S. government has offered a reward of up to $5 million for information leading to her arrest and/or conviction.
The strangest question remains:
Where is the Cryptoqueen?
Is she hiding somewhere under a new identity?
Did she escape with the fortune?
Or did something else happen to her?
There are many theories — but theories are not facts.
One thing is certain: Ruja Ignatova disappeared, and the mystery surrounding her whereabouts remains.
