On 28th April 2026, Mr. Iqbal Hussain Saleemi, Assistant Education Officer (M-EE), Markaz NST Sargodha, paid an official visit to Government Elementary School (GES) Sultanabad to review academic and administrative affairs. During the visit, the attendance of teaching staff was found to be 100%, while student attendance was recorded as 422 out of 487, and non-teaching staff attendance was complete (3/3). An inauguration ceremony of the Universal Primary Education (UPE) campaign was conducted in the presence of students, teachers, parents, and School Council members, reflecting strong community participation. A 4th class assessment was also conducted to evaluate students’ learning progress, and their notebooks were checked to ensure proper completion of classwork and homework. Students were advised to maintain neatness in their work and were motivated to wear complete uniform regularly. Emphasis was laid on improving learning outcomes, and both the concerned teacher and head teacher were guided and encouraged to enhance the quality of education through effective teaching practices. The overall cleanliness of the school was found to be good, indicating proper management. The visit remained productive, with appreciation for positive aspects and guidance provided for further improvement in student attendance and academic performance.

Mr. Iqbal Hussain Saleemi, Assistant Education Officer, conducted a surprise visit to GPS 89 SB. During the visit, he thoroughly inspected all classrooms and verified the student attendance records. He also reviewed the overall cleanliness of the classrooms and the condition of the washroom facilities.

While visiting the classes, he observed a Grade 3 lesson and actively engaged students by asking questions related to their studies to assess their understanding. He carefully checked the students’ notebooks and advised them to keep their notebooks neat, properly covered, and well-maintained. He also encouraged students to improve their handwriting.

Furthermore, he motivated the students to prepare effectively for the upcoming LND test and emphasized the importance of regular study and practice for better academic performance.

During the visit, a detailed inspection of the school premises was carried out. The cleanliness of the building, including toilet blocks, lawns, classrooms, and the book bank room, was thoroughly checked and found satisfactory, with further directions given for continuous improvement.

The 5th class assessment was conducted, and students’ homework and classwork were carefully checked in their notebooks. Students were guided to maintain neat and clean work. Their uniforms were also inspected, and they were advised to wear complete uniforms regularly and to cover their books and notebooks with attractive and proper wrapping.

A meeting with the teaching staff was also held. Teachers were directed to ensure the achievement of a 100% UPE (Universal Primary Education) admission target. Furthermore, they were strongly advised to focus on improving the quality of education and enhance students' academic performance.

مرکز نیو سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن سرگودھا میں شجرکاری مہم کا باقاعدہ آغاز کر دیا گیا۔ اس سلسلے میں منعقدہ تقریب کے دوران اسسٹنٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر مرکز نیو سیٹلائٹ ٹاؤن سرگودھا نے اپنے دستِ مبارک سے پودا لگا کر مہم کا افتتاح کیا۔

اس موقع پر انہوں نے شجرکاری کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالتے ہوئے کہا کہ درخت نہ صرف ماحولیاتی آلودگی کے خاتمے میں مددگار ثابت ہوتے ہیں بلکہ یہ ہماری آنے والی نسلوں کے لیے ایک محفوظ اور سرسبز ماحول کی ضمانت بھی ہیں۔ انہوں نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ اس مہم کو کامیاب بنانے کے لیے اساتذہ، طلبہ اور کمیونٹی کو بھرپور انداز میں شامل کیا جائے گا۔

تقریب میں اساتذہ اور طلبہ کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی اور شجرکاری مہم میں بڑھ چڑھ کر حصہ لینے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔

📢 *تقریبِ تقسیمِ انعامات – گورنمنٹ ایلیمنٹری سکول سلطانہ آباد* 🎉

مورخہ یکم اپریل 2026 کو گورنمنٹ ایلیمنٹری سکول سلطانہ آباد میں ایک شاندار تقریبِ تقسیمِ انعامات کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جس کی صدارت اسسٹنٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر جناب اقبال حسین سلیمی صاحب نے کی۔

🏆 اس موقع پر نمایاں کارکردگی دکھانے والے طلبہ میں انعامات تقسیم کیے گئے اور ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کی گئی۔

📊 تقریب میں سکول کی سالانہ کارکردگی رپورٹ بھی پیش کی گئی، جس میں تعلیمی و ہم نصابی سرگرمیوں کا تفصیلی جائزہ شامل تھا۔

🤖 جدید تعلیمی تقاضوں کے پیش نظر طلبہ کو *مصنوعی ذہانت (AI)* کی تعلیم اور اس کی اہمیت کے بارے میں آگاہ کیا گیا، تاکہ وہ مستقبل کے چیلنجز کا بہتر انداز میں مقابلہ کر سکیں۔
