The program aims the students to:
Learn and understand theoretical concepts of accounting and finance.
Develop an understanding of using appropriate computational techniques, resources, and ICT tools to solve contemporary issues in the subject fields.
Critically analyze the problems, devise and evaluate solution alternatives in the accounting and finance areas with their practical implications which affect managerial decision making in an organizational setting.
Understand corporate decisions' impact on health, safety, legal compliance, and the environment for sustainable development.
Be proficient communicator in giving instructions and writing reports in complex corporate matters involving business and society.
Develop a strong foundation for ethical and responsible citizenship, fostering social inclusivity, ethical practices, and peaceful coexistence in a diverse society.
Develop and apply foundational professional skills in digital literacy, communication, writing, and
entrepreneurship to facilitate lifelong learning and career development.
Enable to get admission to higher level degree programs such as MS/PhD ranging from accounting to audit, and banking to finance in the country and abroad.
