The second day commenced with an interactive recap of the previous session, reinforcing pronunciation, tones, and commonly used Chinese expressions. Participants actively practiced greetings, introductions, and basic workplace communication phrases, improving confidence in speaking and listening skills.

The sessions were conducted by 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐓𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐦𝐭𝐚𝐳 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐬. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐟𝐚𝐪 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟. They introduced participants to sentence formation, everyday conversational structures, and frequently used vocabulary relevant to professional environments. Practical exercises, group activities, and role-playing scenarios were incorporated to strengthen real-life communication ability.

A dedicated segment on Chinese cultural etiquette was also included, where participants learned about social norms, workplace manners, and communication styles in Chinese society. The trainers emphasized how cultural awareness plays a vital role in strengthening academic cooperation and professional interaction with Chinese counterparts.

The session concluded with a question-and-answer discussion, allowing officers to clarify pronunciation and usage, and encouraging them to practice regularly.

The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐑𝐃𝐂, 𝐀𝐦𝐣𝐚𝐝 𝐇𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐮𝐚, presented an overview of the training program, highlighting its objectives and reaffirming the University’s commitment to capacity-building and professional development.
The opening ceremony was graced by 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐃𝐫. 𝐐𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐬, 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐫, 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐨𝐝𝐡𝐚, as the 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭. In his address, he highlighted the growing importance of China-Pakistan academic and economic collaboration and emphasized that learning the Chinese language and understanding Chinese culture would enhance professional competence, global communication skills, and institutional partnerships. He encouraged officers to actively participate in the training and utilize this opportunity to strengthen international engagement and administrative effectiveness.
