"Fig 5: Qaumah — Rising From Ruku 🤲"
🕌 Qaumah — Standing Back Up From Ruku

After Ruku, rise back into the Qiyaam position with your arms straight by your sides. 🤲

While standing up, recite Tasmee:
"Allah hears all those who praise Him."

Once fully upright, recite Tamheed:
"Our Lord! All praise be to Thee."

Then say "Allahu Akbar" as you move into the next position (Sajdah). 💚

Every transition in Salah carries its own words of praise — a beautiful rhythm of remembrance from start to finish.

"After Durood: The Sunnah Duas Every Muslim Should Know 🤲"
🕌 Completing Durood + Sunnah Duas

"...as You blessed Ibrahim ﷺ and the descendants of Ibrahim ﷺ. Indeed, You are Praiseworthy, Glorious." 🤲

After completing the Durood, it's Sunnah to add a personal Dua. Two beautiful ones from the Quran:

"O my Lord! Make me one who establishes regular prayer, and also from my offspring. O our Lord, accept my prayer."

"Our Lord, forgive me, my parents, and the believers on the Day when the reckoning will be established."

A prayer for yourself, your children, your parents, and the whole Ummah — all before you even finish your Salah. 💚

"The Shahadah Finger Gesture — How & Why 🤲"
🕌 The Finger Gesture in Tashahhud + Durood-e-Ibrahim

While reciting "Ash-hadu al-laa ilaaha", form a circle with the right hand's middle finger and thumb, and raise the index finger — pointing towards the Qiblah. Drop it back down after "al-laa ilaaha illallah." 🤲

"I bear witness that Muhammad ﷺ is His servant and messenger."

📌 If you're praying 3 or 4 Rak'ahs (Maghrib, Zuhr, Asr, Isha), stand back up after this. If it's your final sitting, continue with Durood-e-Ibrahim:

"O Allah, shower Your blessings on Muhammad ﷺ and the descendants of Muhammad ﷺ..."

"O Allah, bless Muhammad ﷺ and the descendants of Muhammad ﷺ, as You blessed Ibrahim ﷺ and his descendants."

Sending peace and blessings on the Prophet ﷺ is one of the most beloved acts in Salah. 💚

"Completing Your First Rak'ah — And What Comes Next 🤲"
🕌 Qu'ood — Completing a Rak'ah

After the second Sajdah, rise back into Qiyaam. That's one complete Rak'ah. 🤲

📌 Note: The second Rak'ah follows the same steps — but you do not repeat Thanaa or Ta'awwuz. Simply start from Tasmiyah.

After the second Rak'ah's second Sajdah, remain seated — this is Qa'dah — and quietly recite At-Tashahhud:

"All prayers and worship through words, actions, and sanctity are due to Allah alone. Peace be upon you..."

"...O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be on us and on the righteous servants of Allah."

This is a moment of deep connection — sending peace upon the Prophet ﷺ and reaffirming faith in Allah alone. 💚

"Jalsa: Rising Between the Two Prostrations 🤲"
🕌 Jalsa & Second Sajdah

Rise from Sajdah reciting Takbeer — forehead first, then nose, then hands. Sit upright (this is called Jalsa), placing your palms on the lower thighs, not the knees. 🤲

Women sit resting on the floor with feet pointing out to the right, eyes focused between the hands in the lap.

Rest for a moment, then say:
Allah is the Greatest."

And go into a second Sajdah, reciting three times:
"Glory be to my Lord, the Highest."

This completes one full Rakah — a rhythm of standing, bowing, sitting, and prostrating, all in remembrance of Allah (SWT). 💚

📖 Learn every step of Salah correctly, with proper Tajweed.
