مقامی سطح پر منعقدہ ایک تقریب میں جسمانی طور پر معذور دو مستحق افراد کے اہلِ خانہ میں وہیل چیئرز تقسیم کی گئیں۔ اس فلاحی اقدام کا اہتمام چوہدری وارث ندیم وڑائچ ایڈووکیٹ، سی ای او کمپری ہینسو گروپ آف اسکولز اینڈ کالجز اور معروف سماجی کارکن چوہدری مدثر وڑائچ، سی ای او دنیا ایوی ایشن نے مشترکہ طور پر کیا۔تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے مقررین نے کہا کہ معذور اور نادار افراد کی مدد معاشرے کی اجتماعی ذمہ داری ہے اور ایسے اقدامات سے نہ صرف متاثرہ خاندانوں کو سہولت ملتی ہے بلکہ معاشرتی ہمدردی بھی فروغ پاتی ہے۔اس موقع پر محمد نواز نامی نوجوان کو وہیل چیئر فراہم کی گئی جو مکمل جسمانی معذوری کے باعث بستر تک محدود ہے۔ محمد نواز کے والد کا انتقال ہو چکا ہے جبکہ ان کی والدہ فیکٹری میں فولڈر کٹنگ مشین کے حادثے میں دونوں ہاتھوں سے محروم ہو گئی تھیں۔ خاندان کے پاس کوئی مستقل ذریعہ معاش نہیں، جس کے باعث یہ امداد ان کیلئے خاص اہمیت رکھتی ہے۔اسی طرح اسماءمشتاق، جو یتیم ہیں اور جسمانی معذوری کے باعث خود سے چلنے پھرنے سے قاصر ہیں، کو بھی وہیل چیئر فراہم کی گئی۔ ان کے اہلِ خانہ کی معاشی حالت کمزور ہونے کے باعث یہ سہولت روزمرہ زندگی میں آسانی کا باعث بنے گی۔بتایا گیا کہ وہیل چیئرز مقامی سول سوسائٹی کے معزز اراکین کے تعاون سے خریدی گئیں۔ اس موقع پر کمپری ہینسو گروپ آف اسکولز اینڈ کالجز اور دنیا ایوی ایشن کی جانب سے اعلان کیا گیا کہ محمد نواز کی مالی معاونت کیلئے ماہانہ پانچ ہزار روپے کی خصوصی امداد بھی فراہم کی جائے گی۔سماجی حلقوں نے اس فلاحی اقدام کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس طرح کی سرگرمیاں معاشرے میں انسان دوستی اور باہمی تعاون کے جذبے کو مضبوط کرتی ہیں۔

Participation of Special Students in Independence Celebration

The Government Special Education Center, Sargodha, had the honor of participating in the Independence Celebration organized in collaboration with Allied Health Sciences at the Arts Council, Sargodha. The prestigious event was graced by the Worthy Commissioner of Sargodha as the Chief Guest.
The celebration aimed to pay tribute to the sacrifices made during the independence movement and to instill a sense of patriotism among the participants and audience. Special students from the Government Special Education Center, Sargodha, showcased their talents and enthusiasm through remarkable performances.
The highlights of the event included:
Milli Song Performance: The special students presented a heartfelt milli nagma that captivated the audience and stirred feelings of national pride.
Live Painting Activity: The students also participated in a live painting session depicting themes from the independence movement. Their artwork reflected the spirit of freedom, sacrifices of our forefathers, and love for the motherland.
The Chief Guest, the Worthy Commissioner of Sargodha, appreciated the efforts and talents of the special students, commending their contribution to the event’s success. The audience warmly applauded the students’ participation, acknowledging their creativity and dedication.

Presentation of Personal Artwork by Mr. Bashir Haider
On the personal request of the Secretary Special Education Department and the Director General Special Education Department, Punjab, Mr. Bashir Haider—a talented and renowned artist from the Government Special Education Center, Sargodha—presented his personal artwork as a token of appreciation. The gifted items included his signature calligraphy, paintings, and sketch work.
The Secretary Special Education Department expressed deep gratitude and admiration for Mr. Bashir Haider’s artistic contributions. He highly appreciated the quality and creativity of the artwork, commending Mr. Haider’s dedication and passion.
On this occasion, special congratulations were also extended to Mr. Javed Iqbal Bajwa, Headmaster of the Government Special Education Center, Sargodha, for his outstanding leadership. Creativity Within Diversity” Exhibition – July 10–11, 2025
The Special Education Department, in collaboration with the Lahore Arts Council (Alhamra), organized a two-day exhibition titled “Creativity Within Diversity” on July 10–11, 2025. The event featured a Design Competition aimed at encouraging artistic expression among students and staff from special education institutions.
The Government Special Education Center, Sargodha, actively participated in the competition. We are proud to announce that Mr. Bashir Bashir Haider won the First Prize, showcasing exceptional talent and creativity.
His achievement was highly appreciated by the Director General Special Education and the Secretary Special Education, who personally awarded him and acknowledged his outstanding contribution.

Despite his physical challenges, Abdul Rehman used his artistic skills and determination to complete the portrait, showcasing his creativity and passion.
In recognition of his talent and heartfelt gesture, Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif graciously accepted the portrait and awarded Abdul Rehman with a token of appreciation — a sum of **Rs. 100,000**. This generous act not only honored Abdul Rehman's efforts but also served as a powerful message of encouragement and inclusion for all special children across Punjab.

The Government Special Education Center in Sargodha enhances children's fine motor skills through various indoor activities tailored to their developmental needs. Engaging in games like carrom, ludo, and computer typing offers multiple benefits
Carrom This game involves precise finger movements to flick the striker, enhancing hand-eye coordination and fine motor control. Regular play can improve dexterity and concentration.
Ludo Playing ludo requires handling small pieces and rolling dice, which refines finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. It also fosters strategic thinking and patience.
Computer Typing Typing exercises involve coordinated finger movements across the keyboard, improving manual dexterity and speed. Studies have shown that typing interventions can enhance manual dexterity in children.
Incorporating these activities into daily routines provides a fun and effective approach to developing fine motor skills, contributing to children's overall cognitive and physical growth.

The Government Special Education Center in Sargodha is dedicated to providing tailored education and support to children with special needs. In the 2025 final examinations, the center implemented customized assessment methods across various subjects to align with each child's abilities. These assessments included:
Music Assessment Evaluating musical skills through practical demonstrations and interactive activities.
Drawing and Art Assessing creativity and expression via hands-on art projects.
Vocational Skills Testing practical skills relevant to daily living and future employment opportunities.
Speech Assessment Conducting oral evaluations to gauge communication abilities.
Psychological Assessment Utilizing tools and observations to understand cognitive and emotional development.
Books Assessment Reviewing reading comprehension and literacy skills through adapted reading materials.
These assessments were thoughtfully designed to ensure that each student could demonstrate their knowledge and skills in a supportive environment. Admission & Awareness Campaign for Special Education Center Sargodha
As part of the ongoing admission campaign and awareness drive for Special Education, a special radio show was organized at **FM 98.2, University of Sargodha**. The objective of the program was to raise public awareness about the importance of Special Education and to inform the community about the facilities and services available at the Special Education Center, Sargodha and overall special education institutions.
Headmaster Javed Iqbal Bajwa two respected member of the School Management Committee (SMC), was invited as the guest speaker. During the show, he highlighted the various educational and rehabilitative services offered to children with special needs, including free education, therapy services, transport facilities, and vocational training.
This initiative aimed to encourage parents to enroll their children in special education institutions and to promote inclusivity and equal opportunities in education for all.

**Distribution of Special Eidi Program for Special Children**
On the 24th of March, 2025, a special event was held for the distribution of Eidi to special children, following the instructions of CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif. The program aimed to bring joy and support to the special children of our community, ensuring they are celebrated during this festive season.
The event took place at government Special Education Center Sargodha, where special children were gifted Eidi to spread happiness and cheer. The distribution was organized with great care, and every child received their share with much enthusiasm and joy.
