To Create competition among the students studying in tensil Sambrial and awarding them Dr. A.Q Khan Medal along with appreciating teachers of this area. Names and Contributions of the pioneers are as Under :
1. Saeed Ahmad gave an Idea to Arshad Jamil to create an organization to remove the false banners pasted by different schools.
2. Arshad Jamil shared this Idea with Rana Sirbuland Khan, who guided him to create an organization having a broad vision instead of only removing the false banners.
3. Rana Sirbuland Khan proposed the name of the organization '' Dr. A.Q Khan Gold Medal Management Committee Sambrial''. In 2003 Dr. A.Q Khan was not a political figure but known as '' MOHSIN-E-PAKISTAN''. So the name was appreciated.
4. Manzoor Kasaf appreciated the broad vision and name of the Organization.
5. Abdul Qayum agreed with the above said idea and name.
6. Madam Munazza Niazi appreciated the Idea of this organization and participated as a pioneer lady member.
7. Malik Mujahid Zafar presented his services to fetch the message of Dr. A.Q Khan for this organization from Islamabad. NOTE : These seven members organized first Award Ceremony at Govt. Islamia College for boys Sambrial in 2003.
