MEET FAISAL IQBAL

Great educators do more than teach—they inspire, mentor, and shape the future of healthcare. Faisal Iqbal is a shining example of academic excellence, visionary leadership, and an unwavering commitment to advancing the nursing profession.

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate from Riphah International University, Faisal Iqbal currently serves as the Vice Principal of Janbar College of Nursing, where he is dedicated to developing future nursing professionals through quality education, mentorship, and evidence-based practice. With five years of experience in nursing education, he has made meaningful contributions to academic leadership at Udhayana College of Nursing, National College of Nursing, and Janbar College of Nursing.

His passion for research is reflected in his published work on disaster preparedness, emergency nursing education, and the mental health impacts of climate change, demonstrating his commitment to strengthening nursing knowledge and improving healthcare outcomes.

MEET DR. SHAH HUSSAIN, PhD

A visionary nursing leader, accomplished researcher, and dedicated educator, Dr. Shah Hussain, PhD has made remarkable contributions to nursing education, research, and healthcare leadership in Pakistan.

Currently serving as Associate Professor and Principal at Janbar College of Nursing & Allied Health Sciences, Swat, he combines academic excellence with extensive clinical and administrative experience. His impressive academic journey includes a PhD in Nursing from Lincoln University College, Malaysia, an MSN from Khyber Medical University, and advanced nursing qualifications that reflect his lifelong commitment to professional growth.

With more than 120 national and international publications, Dr. Shah Hussain is an active researcher, Associate Editor of the Medtigo Journal Network, research supervisor, and reviewer of nursing theses and scientific manuscripts. His expertise spans nursing leadership, evidence-based practice, critical care, pediatric nursing, research methodology, biostatistics, scientific writing, AI in nursing, and quality improvement.
