Rawalpindi Astronomy Society, in collaboration with Suffah Montessori and Curious Minds, hosted a wonderful Astronomy Session! 🔭✨

After an engaging lecture, the children and their parents had the opportunity to observe the Moon 🌙 and the planet Venus ✨ through a telescope. The excitement and wonder on their faces made the evening truly unforgettable!

Your school, college, or group can also host a unique Astronomy Session for students and families. Let’s take children beyond books and screens and give them a chance to explore the wonders of the universe with their own eyes! 🌌

Perseid Meteor Shower کیسے دیکھیں؟

آج رات آسمان صاف اور اگر ممکن ہو تو شہر کی روشنیوں سے دور کسی کھلی جگہ چلے جائیں۔

رات 11 بجے کے بعد سے فجر تک آسمان کو کھلی آنکھ سے دیکھیں۔ اس کیلئے ٹیلی اسکوپ کی ضرورت نہیں۔

شمال مشرقی آسمان کی طرف دیکھنا بہتر ہے، لیکن پورے آسمان پر نظر رکھیں کیونکہ شہابیے کسی بھی سمت نظر آ سکتے ہیں۔

بس موبائل ایک طرف رکھیں، آنکھوں کو اندھیرے کا عادی ہونے دیں اور آسمان کا لطف اٹھائیں۔ ✨

کل رات اپنے ٹیلی اسکوپ سے 1.2 ارب کلومیٹر دور سیٹرن اور اس کے خوبصورت رِنگز کا یہ منظر موبائل سے ریکارڈ کیا۔ 🪐

اور اب 17 اگست سے ہمارے Observation Sessions دوبارہ شروع ہو رہے ہیں۔

کنڈیارو، سندھ سے تعلق رکھنے والے سعید احمد عباسی صاحب پاکستان کے اُن باصلاحیت فوٹوگرافرز میں شامل ہیں جنہوں نے اپنی محنت، صبر اور فنی مہارت سے فلکیاتی (Astrophotography) اور وائلڈ لائف فوٹوگرافی میں ایک منفرد مقام حاصل کیا ہے۔

رات کے تاروں بھرے آسمان سے لے کر قدرت کی نایاب مخلوقات تک، ان کے کیمرے کی آنکھ صرف تصاویر نہیں بناتی بلکہ فطرت کی خوبصورتی کو محفوظ کرتی ہے اور بے شمار لوگوں کو کائنات اور قدرت سے محبت کرنے کی ترغیب دیتی ہے۔

ہم دعا گو ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کو صحت، خوشی، طویل عمر اور مزید کامیابیوں سے نوازے، اور آپ کا سفر اسی طرح علم، فن اور خوبصورتی کو فروغ دیتا رہے۔

2 صفر المظفر کا چاند ڈھلنے سے چند لمحے پہلے.
چاند اور سیارہ زہرہ (وینس) بزریعہ ٹیلی سکوپ گروپس کے آبزرویشنل سیشنز کا آغاز کل سے ہو گا جبکہ سوموار تک گروپس کی بکنگ ہو چکی ہے.
راولپنڈی میں اگر کوئی گروپ (5 لوگوں تک) منگل یا اس کے بعد سیشن اٹینڈ کرنا چاہتے ہیں تو انباکس میں رابطہ کر لیں

🌙✨ A rare and beautiful sky show awaits tonight!

Don't miss looking up tonight—you might witness one of the most beautiful celestial scenes of the month.

🕝 Best viewing time: From 2:30 AM (after moonrise) until sunrise, looking toward the eastern sky.

The Moon will pass directly in front of the Pleiades (Seven Sisters) star cluster, while Saturn, Mars, the bright star Aldebaran, and the distant ice giant Uranus will all appear in the same region of the sky.

🔭 If you have binoculars or a telescope, try spotting Uranus between the Moon and Mars.

📸 Get your camera ready, find a clear eastern horizon, and capture this memorable celestial alignment!
