Event: Orientation Session on Paper Solving in Board Exams

Board Exams are around the corner and it is important to prepare students for them but to get better grades students should be prepared to attempt paper properly and should be aware of the rubrics of paper checking and marking.

Keeping in view all of this, an orientation session was organized for students of grade IX who will be appearing in FBISE board Examination for the first time. To eliminate the pressure, Grade IX students received guidance on using E-Sheets in FBISE board exams and learned about paper checking rubrics and exam paper structure. Mr. Kashif (Head of COE), subject HODs, and senior teachers addressed student queries.

HITEC Daycare celebrated " *Orange Day" to introduce our toddlers and infants one of the best and season's favourite fruit*. Oranges are a great source of nutrients including vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. They can help with growth, development and tissue repair for toddlers & infants.
Our youngters participated and enjoyed this exciting new experience with numerous funfilled and engaging Activities:

🍊It was indeed an awesome bursting "Orange Day" Our youngsters enjoyed the entire activities with lots of fun.

Event Report: Young Entrepreneurs Day
Institute: HITEC Junior School | Date: January 23, 2026

Summary: Grade 5 students transformed into "CEOs" to pitch innovative business concepts and run a vibrant marketplace. By tackling real-world problems and managing a live trade environment, students mastered core economic concepts like supply and demand, profit/loss, and strategic communication.

Key Highlights
Business Pitches: Students presented unique visions and unique selling points (USPs) during a startup-style Q&A session.

The Marketplace: A hands-on trade event featuring handmade crafts and baked goods to practice real-world commerce.

Skill Development: Beyond financial literacy, the day focused on creative problem-solving and professional customer service.

Event : Introductory Visit to High School and Cambridge School
Date: Wednesday, 11th Feb 2026

The students of grade 5 were given the opportunity to visit High School and Cambridge school as part of an orientation session. The purpose of this visit was to familiarize them with the schools' facilities, curriculum, and teaching methodologies.
Overall, this introductory visit provided valuable insight and deeper understanding of the new environment and will help make the future transition easy and smooth.

Awareness & Orientation session for Grade 5:

Purpose of the Orientation

To prepare students emotionally, socially, and academically for the transition into Grade 6 by helping them understand expectations, build confidence, and develop essential skills for senior grades.

Session Objectives:

By the end of the session, students will:
Understand the difference between primary and senior grades
Develop confidence to face academic challenges
Learn basic study and time-management skills
Become aware of behavioral and responsibility expectations
Feel emotionally prepared and motivated for Grade 6

Report: Guidance Session for Grade IX for upcoming Federal Board Examination
Date: Wednesday 25th February
Venue: HITEC SCFG

A guidance session was conducted for the Grade IX students to help them prepare effectively for the Federal Board examinations.
Ma’am Shehla Ambreen and Sir. Shafqat Shah addressed the students and provided detailed instructions on how to solve the E-sheet properly. They explained the correct method of filling in answers.

The teachers also discussed the rubrics of the final examination, especially the instructions printed on the question paper.

Additionally, they demonstrated how the board topper had attempted the examination paper.

The session was highly informative and helped students gain clarity and confidence for their upcoming examinations.
