1- Must be highly familiar with APA, MLA and Chicago referencing styles.
2- Preferred qualification of BBA (H) or MBA from a reputable university in Pakistan.

4- Excellent command on English writing specifically academic writing and literature review.
5- Must have impeccable communication through emails.
6- Must be able to work on academic writing tasks and complete at least 2500 to 3000 words daily.
7- Must have exceptional research skills to scan peer reviewed articles and publications.
8- Must be proficient is STATA or SPSS or other qualitative research software's like Nvivo.

-Ability to deal with programming C+, VB and Java Assignments.
-Proficiency in Referencing including APA/Harvard.
-Knowledge about management information system and publications.
-Must have masters degree in computer science from highly reputable university in Pakistan.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
2. Plan and monitor our social media platforms
3. Manage and train the rest of the team, to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
4. Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices
5. Manage all digital marketing channels
6. Plan and manage our our social media platforms
7. Prepare performance reports on our overall marketing campaign
8. Measure ROI and KPIs
9. Develop and monitor digital marketing campaigns budget
10. Oversee all the social media accounts of our clients
11. Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
12. Build and inbound marketing plan
13. Motivate team to achieve desire goals
14. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements
1. Degree in Marketing, Information/Digital technologies or relevant field
2. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
3. 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or advertising position or similar role
4. 3 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
5. Good knowledge of different digital marketing channels
6. Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
7. 5 years of hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software etc.
8. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
9. Team player
10. Good time-management skills
11. Knowledge of social media platforms, website analytics and best practices
