📢 Important Announcement for RWU Merit Scholarship Awardees

As per the instructions received from the Accounts Office, all students who have been awarded the RWU Merit Scholarship are required to submit their Spring 2026 fee.

✅ Students whose names appeared in the RWU Merit Scholarship lists for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 will have their scholarship amount reimbursed after submission.

📌 Please note:
Students will be informed once the process is completed by the Accounts Office.

Applications are now open for the CM Climate Leadership Internship Program – Phase II, initiated by the Government of Punjab.

Eligibility: Punjab domicile, age 18–25 years, preferably fresh graduates (within last 2 years) with degrees in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Social Sciences, Public Policy or related fields.
Stipend: Rs. 60,000 per month.
Duration: Approx. 3–4 months internship.
Last Date to Apply: 29 March 2026

Rawalpindi Women University organized an online awareness webinar to observe Youm-e-Tahaffuz-e-Namoos-e-Risalat (PBUH) on 10th March 2026. The session was conducted via Zoom Cloud Meeting.

The keynote speaker for the session was Ms. Saima Bashir, Lecturer in Islamic Studies at Rawalpindi Women University. During her address, she elaborated on the concept of Namoos-e-Risalat in the light of Islamic teachings and emphasized the moral, ethical, and social responsibilities of Muslims in safeguarding the sanctity of the Prophet (PBUH). She also discussed how the teachings and character of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) provide guidance for peaceful coexistence, respect, and responsible conduct in society.

Students and faculty members participated actively in the webinar. The session concluded with an interactive discussion where participants shared their reflections and asked questions regarding the topic.

On this day, we remind ourselves of the noble teachings and exemplary character of the Prophet ï·º, which guide humanity towards peace, compassion, justice, and respect for all.

Talk to CM Portal is a flagship digital engagement initiative launched by the Government of Punjab in February 2026 under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif as part of the Year of Youth 2026 initiative. The portal provides a structured, transparent, and accessible communication channel between the citizens of Punjab and the Office of the Chief Minister, enabling meaningful public participation in governance, policy development, innovative ideas, and constructive feedback.

The purpose of the meeting was to explore the possibility of introducing and facilitating IT-related courses for students, aiming to enhance their technical skills and broaden their career prospects in the growing digital landscape.
