Under the Healthy Punjab Vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Anti-Dengue Campaign is in Progress.

Government of Punjab Initiatives:

* Dengue Teams are conducting door-to-door visits to check water tanks, coolers, and other water containers.
* Regular surveillance is being carried out at public places, parks, schools, and high-risk areas.
* Immediate action and spraying are ensured at larva-positive sites.
* Continuous public awareness campaigns are conducted to educate communities about dengue prevention.

As per the directions of the Worthy Deputy Commissioner, the Government of Punjab — through the Health Department — is taking the lead in ensuring effective dengue prevention and control. Dengue surveillance teams are working tirelessly to protect communities and reduce mosquito breeding sources.

📌 Guidelines for the Public:

1. Ensure proper cleaning of rooftops, rooms, and surroundings.
2. Do not allow water to accumulate — especially in flowerpots, old tires, and containers placed on rooftops.
3. Keep all water tanks and drums tightly covered with lids.
4. Change cooler water on a daily basis.
5. Do not let water stand in plates beneath flowerpots.
6. After rainfall, ensure proper drainage of water from rooftops and surrounding areas.
7. In case of fever, body pain, or red rashes, consult the nearest health center first ,before visiting a hospital.
8. Wear full-sleeved shirts and use mosquito nets or repellents for protection.
9. Ensure that school-going children wear full-sleeved clothing.
10. Take special care of cleanliness and proper water drainage in your streets, neighborhoods, and communities.

⚠️ Remember:
There is no cure for dengue — *prevention is the only protection.*
✅ Keep your homes and surroundings clean.
✅ Do not let water stand anywhere.

انسدادِ ڈینگی مہم جاری۔

حکومت پنجاب کے اقدامات:

* گھر گھر وزٹ کر کے ٹیمیں پانی کی ٹینکیوں، کولرز اور دیگر برتنوں کی چیکنگ کر رہی ہیں۔
* پبلک مقامات، پارکس اور سکولوں میں باقاعدگی سے سرویلنس کی جا رہی ہے۔
* لاروہ پازیٹو مقامات پر فوری کاروائی اور سپرے کا انتظام کیا جا رہا ہے۔
* عوام کو ڈینگی سے بچاؤ کے حوالے سے آگاہی فراہم کی جا رہی ہے۔

عوام کے لیے ہدایات:

1. گھروں کی چھتوں اور کمروں کی صفائی کو یقینی بنائیں۔
2. پانی جمع نہ ہونے دیں، خاص طور پر گملوں، پرانے ٹائروں اور چھتوں پر رکھے برتنوں میں۔
3. پانی کی ٹینکیوں اور ڈرمز کو ڈھکن کے ساتھ بند رکھیں۔
4. کولر کا پانی روزانہ تبدیل کریں۔
5. گملوں کے نیچے پلیٹس میں پانی نہ ٹھہرنے دیں۔
6. بارش کے بعد چھتوں اور اردگرد کے علاقوں میں پانی کی نکاسی ضرور کریں۔
7. ہسپتال جانے سے پہلے بخار، جسم میں درد یا جسم پر سرخ دھبے آنے کی صورت میں قریبی مرکزِ صحت سے رجوع کریں۔
8. فل سلیو شرٹ پہنیں اور مچھر سے بچاؤ کے لیے مچھر دانی یا ریپیلنٹ کا استعمال کریں۔
9. اسکول جانے والے بچوں کو پورے بازو کے کپڑے پہنائیں۔
10. محلے اور کمیونٹی میں بھی صفائی اور پانی کی نکاسی کا خاص خیال رکھیں۔---
یاد رکھیں:

ڈینگی کا کوئی علاج نہیں، صرف احتیاط ہی بچاؤ ہے۔
اپنے گھروں اور اردگرد کے ماحول کو صاف رکھیں اور پانی کو کھڑا نہ ہونے دیں۔
